技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双后备电源。
背景技术
现有的后备电源一般采用电池,停电时完全靠电池供电,这样电池使用时间相对较短。另外,实时时钟和掉电后需要保持数据的SRAM对某些电子系统来说是至关重要的,一旦它们被破坏将会导致系统的崩溃。因此,如何提高后备电源的可靠性及延长使用时间是急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有后备电源存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、可靠性、能延长电池使用时间的双后备电源。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:包括第一稳压电路、单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路、电源切换电路、电池,所述第一稳压电路的输入端接外部直流电源,其输出端与电源切换电路相连,单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路依次串接,单向限流电路的输入端接外部直流电源,第二稳压电路的输出端与电源切换电路相连,电池与电源切换电路相连。
本实用新型的技术效果在于:本实用采用超级电容器和电池组成双后备电源,当外部直流电源VCC断电后的时间不超过设计时,由超级电容器供电,故电池电量被保持的时间较以前更长,相当于延长了电池使用时间。另外,双后备电源可防止电池失效时造成系统崩溃的灾难性事故发生,大大提高了电子系统的可靠性。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实用新型包括第一稳压电路、单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路、电源切换电路、电池,外部直流电源一路经第一稳压电路稳压后送到电源切换电路,另一路经单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路后送到电源切换电路,电池与电源切换电路相连。本实用新型是利用电池和超级电容器两种电能量存储介质存储的电能量对掉电后需要保护的电路进行供电的后备电源,电池提供的是长时效供电,超级电容器提供的是短时效供电。
参见图2,图2为本实用新型的电原理图。正常供电时V0>V1>V2,其工作原理如下:当外部直流电源正常供电时,外部直流电源供电。外部直流电源通过电源稳压芯片D1产生直流电源V0输出到电源切换电路;同时外部直流电源”通过单向限流电路给超级电容器C2充电,当电容器C2上的电压超过一定的值时,电源稳压芯片D2输出直流电源V1到电源切换电路;电池输出V2电源切换电路;电源切换电路比较V0、V1、V2的值后,发现V0电压最高切换到V0供电。
当外部直流电源断电后的时间不超过设计值时,电源切换电路切换到V1,供电由超级电容器供电。
当外部直流电源断电后的时间超过设计值时,电源切换电路切换到V2,由电池供电。

1、一种双后备电源,其特征在于:包括第一稳压电路、单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路、电源切换电路、电池,所述第一稳压电路的输入端接外部直流电源,其输出端与电源切换电路相连,单向限流电路、超级电容器、第二稳压电路依次串接,单向限流电路的输入端接外部直流电源,第二稳压电路的输出端与电源切换电路相连,电池与电源切换电路相连。
