Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种建筑物墙体结构，具体为一种复合保温层墙。解决了现有技术中保温层结构单一的问题。包括墙体，在墙体一侧固定有聚苯板，在聚苯板外侧直接设有聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层，聚苯板和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层的接触面为凸凹咬合形状。与现有技术相比，本实用新型使用了聚苯板和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层两种保温层，由于聚苯颗粒水泥浆的柔性，两个保温层之间结合紧密，无需再添加其它材料，保温效果更好，操作简单，结构牢固，施工方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑物墙体结构，具体为一种复合保温层墙。
背景技术
现有的建筑物墙体保温措施是直接在墙体外粘贴固定钢丝网架聚苯板或者直接涂抹聚苯颗粒水泥浆，以使墙体上复合一个保温隔热层。专利号为200420005631.4公开了一种带燕尾槽的夹心保温墙板，其技术方案是由凸槽板和凹槽板两部分组成，凸槽板上凸起的棱的尺寸小于凹槽板上的凹槽部分，将凸槽板和凹槽板对合，并在凸起的棱和凹槽之间行成的缝隙内灌水泥沙浆，该方案主要解决了墙体受热受力不均匀，容易开裂的问题。现有常用的保温材料中，除了有聚苯板外还有聚苯颗粒水泥浆。目前还没有将这两种材料有效结合在一起使用的报道。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中保温层结构单一的问题而提供了一种复合保温层墙。
本实用新型是由以下技术方案实现的，一种复合保温层墙，包括墙体，在墙体一侧固定有聚苯板，在聚苯板外侧直接设有聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层，聚苯板和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层的接触面为凸凹咬合形状。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型使用了聚苯板和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层两种保温层，由于聚苯颗粒水泥浆的柔性，两个保温层之间结合紧密，无需再添加其它材料，保温效果更好，操作简单，结构牢固，施工方便。

具体实施方式
一种复合保温层墙，包括墙体1，在墙体一侧固定有聚苯板2，在聚苯板外侧设有聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3。聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3外侧为抹灰面4。
聚苯板2和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3通过水泥钉5和垫片固定在墙体1上。
聚苯板2和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3的接触面为凸凹咬合形。
所述的凸凹咬合形为凸棱和凹槽咬合。凸棱和凹槽截面为梯形。
所述的凸凹咬合形为凸台和凹洞的咬合。
聚苯板2内设有钢丝网，聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3内设有钢丝网骨架。聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层3内设有钢丝网骨架。

Claims (6)

1、一种复合保温层墙，包括墙体(1)，其特征在于：在墙体一侧固定有聚苯板(2)，在聚苯板外侧设有聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层(3)，聚苯板(2)和聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层(3)的接触面为凸凹咬合形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合保温层墙，其特征在于：所述的凸凹咬合形为凸棱和凹槽咬合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的复合保温层墙，其特征在于：所述的凸凹咬合形为凸台和凹洞的咬合。
4、根据权利要求2所述的复合保温层墙，其特征在于：凸棱和凹槽截面为梯形。
5、根据权利要求1到4任意一项所述的复合保温层墙，其特征在于：聚苯板(2)内设有钢丝网骨架。
6、根据权利要求1到4任意一项所述的复合保温层墙，其特征在于：聚苯颗粒水泥浆抹灰层(3)内设有钢丝网骨架。
