本实用新型涉及一种制取净水用无阀滤池。
背景技术
目前使用无阀滤池制造净水已较为普遍，它具有产水水质好、对进水水质适应范围宽等特点。当无阀滤池运行时，无阀滤池内滤层将截留进水中的悬浮物、胶体等杂质，当截留杂质到一定量时，将影响滤池产水水质，这时无阀滤池将自动反洗，以冲洗滤层中的截留物，恢复滤料的截留性能。现有无阀滤池在反洗滤料时，仅用水反洗，滤池中滤料反洗不彻底，反洗效果差，影响后继滤池使用过程的产水水质。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，就是针对普通无阀滤池存在的反洗效果差存在的缺点，而提供一种反洗滤料彻底，清洗滤料效果好的无阀滤池。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：在以虹吸辅助管、虹吸管、进水箱、进水管、滤池、滤料、清水箱、排水池组成的无阀滤池中，特别在滤池滤料底部设一进气管。
本实用新型在滤池滤料底部设一进气管，用于在滤池反洗时，进压缩空气；由于采用了水气混合反洗滤料，从而使滤料间互相冲撞和磨擦作用加强，使滤料层截留的杂质容易被反洗气水带出滤池，从而有效提高了无阀滤池的反洗效果，保证了滤池后继使用过程的产水水质。

如附图，虹吸辅助管1、虹吸管2、清水箱3、进水箱4、进水管5、滤池6有序连接，滤池6内装填有滤料7；本实用新型特别在滤池滤料底部设有一进气管8，用于滤池反洗时，进压缩空气；反洗气水通过虹吸管2，排放至排水池9。
