背景技术
在日常修理电子器件时,常常会遇到焊接集成块及其他娇贵器件。为了防止烙铁过热损坏集成块等器件,一般将烙铁插头拔下,这样在工作时会感到不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型电烙铁,可随意控制其升温或保温,从而解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型采用了下述技术方案:
一种电烙铁,包括调节开关4与烙铁5,调节开关4与烙铁5串联,调节开关4包括开关1和开关2,其中开关1为升温开关,开关2为保温开关,开关2与一个二极管3串联后与开关1并联。
当开关处于“1”时,烙铁快速升温,可焊接其它器件;当开关处于“2”时,烙铁处在保温状态,可以焊接集成块等娇贵器件。这样既能节约电能又可方便使用,不会损坏集成块等娇贵器件。

具体实施方式
电烙铁电路图如图1所示,包括调节开关4与烙铁5,调节开关4与烙铁5串联,调节开关包括开关1和开关2,其中开关1为升温开关,开关2为保温开关,开关2与一个二极管3串联后与开关1并联。电烙铁交流供电,当开关处于“1”时,烙铁快速升温,可焊接其它器件;当开关处于“2”时,烙铁处在保温状态,可以焊接集成块等娇贵器件。
