本实用新型涉及一种多用于酒店、办公机构、写字楼的高效节能环保型燃气炉灶,包括顶座、底座和顶座与底座之间的灶体,灶体中设有上进风器和下进风器,上、下进风器之间装有隔垫,下进风器下方、底座上部设有上座垫。本实用新型利用“文丘里效应”,采用前式混合型的设计,使燃气与空气在炉灶的底层和上层两个箱体内经过两次混合,混合后喷出再充分燃烧。减少了浪费、增大了燃烧值,不仅提高了工作效率,改善了工作环境,而且大大降低了酒店的运营成本,属于国家大力倡导的节能减排环保型产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种酒店用的煤气液化气炉灶,具体涉及一种利用“文丘里效应”设计制造的高效节能环保型燃气炉灶。
背景技术
现有的酒店中使用的燃气炉灶,属于后式混合型,即:当燃气从喷嘴喷出,燃气尚未能与空气充分混合时就直接燃烧,造成燃气燃烧不充分,部分燃气造成了浪费,并降低了燃烧值。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服现有技术中的上述不足,提供一种可以增大燃烧值、降低酒店写字楼等建筑物运营成本的高效节能环保型燃气炉灶。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种高效节能环保型燃气炉灶,包括顶座、底座和顶座与底座之间的灶体,灶体中设有上进风器和下进风器,上、下进风器之间装有隔垫,下进风器的下方、底座的上部设有上座垫。在顶座内、与上进风器的中部相衔接设有风帽内芯,风帽内芯下部套有换气防水帽。
本实用新型利用“文丘里效应”,采用前式混合型的设计,使燃气与空气在炉灶的底层和上层两个箱体内经过两次混合,混合后喷出再充分燃烧。减少了浪费、增大了燃烧值,不仅提高了工作效率,改善了工作环境,而且大大降低了酒店的运营成本,属于国家大力倡导的节能减排环保型产品。

具体实施方式
参见附图,高效节能环保型燃气炉灶,上部为顶座1,在顶座1内、与上进风器8的中部相衔接设有风帽内芯4,风帽内芯4下部套有换气防水帽3。顶座1与底座2之间的灶体中设有上进风器8和下进风器6,上进风器8和下进风器6之间加又隔垫5。与下进风器6的下方连接设有上座垫7,灶体的底部为底座2。采用了“前式混合型”的燃烧设计,即在底层和上层两个箱体内燃气与空气经过两次混合,混合后的气体喷出后再燃烧。因此,燃气能得到充分挥发,减少了浪费,增大了燃烧值,提高了工作效率,降低了运营成本。
本实用新型高效节能环保型燃气炉灶具有以下几个特点:
1.高效节能:改造后的管道节能可达30%以上,天然气达25%以上,液化气达20%以上。
2.时间缩短:它采用预混合式燃烧,在餐厅中加快了上菜时间,完全满足了厨师们需要的火力猛、强的要求。
3.降低噪音:改造前,噪音在80分贝以上,改造后,燃烧噪音大大降低,噪音在50分贝以下。明显改变了工作环境,厨师们的身心健康得到了保护。
4.环保卫生:改造后,由于燃气燃烧充分,烟气中的CO仅为0.1%,低于国家标准的1%,减少了有害气体对操作人员的伤害,改善了工作环境。

1.一种高效节能环保型燃气炉灶,包括顶座(1)、底座(2)和顶座与底座之间的灶体,其特征在于:灶体中设有上进风器(8)和下进风器(6),上、下进风器之间装有隔垫(5),下进风器(6)的下方、底座(2)的上部设有上座垫(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能环保型燃气炉灶,其特征在于:在顶座(1)内、与上进风器(8)的中部相衔接设有风帽内芯(4),风帽内芯(4)的下部套有换气防水帽(3)。
