本实用新型涉及一种电子测量工具,尤其涉及一种多用示波器。
【背景技术】
现有的电子示波器具有二大类,即模拟示波器和数字存储示波器,它们功能都比较单一。在使用示波器测量波形的同时,常需用到万用表。
但是,二种仪器占用空间较大,且携带不方便。因此,带万用表功能的数字存储示波器,是一个新的发展方向。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种多用示波器,集示波器及万用表的功能于一体,在示波器上显示万用表测量数据。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种多用示波器,其特征在于,包括波形测量单元、万用表测量单元、接口电路、隔离电路,其中:波形测量单元用于测量并显示电变量波形;万用表测量单元用于对元件电参数进行测量,接口电路用于将万用表测量单元测量的电参数传送到波形测量单元显示;隔离电路用于对万用表测量单元与隔离电路间的电压隔离。
优选地,所述多用示波器上还设置万用表探针插孔。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型将万用表的测试功能集成在示波器上,通过功能的选择可以在数字示波器上显示万用表的测量结果,做到一台机器多种功能,并且操作方便、便于携带。

下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
参见附图所示,本实用新型包括波形测量单元4、万用表测量单元1、接口电路3、隔离电路2。波形测量单元4用于测量并显示电变量波形;万用表测量单元1用于对元件电参数进行测量,;并通过隔离电路2将万用表测量单元1测量的电参数传送到接口电路3,由波形测量单元4显示被测元件之电参数;隔离电路2用于对万用表测量单元与示波器电路间的电压隔离。在示波器的波形测量单元1上打开万用表测量单元显示功能后,接口电路3通过隔离电路2将控制指令发送到万用表测量单元,万用表测量单元1收到指令后将测量结果通过隔离电路将测量数据发送到接口电路,由波形测量单元显示测量数据。
所述多用示波器上所设置万用表探针插孔用于测量元件电参数。

1、一种多用示波器,其特征在于,包括波形测量单元、万用表测量单元、接口电路、隔离电路,其中:波形测量单元用于测量并显示电变量波形;万用表测量单元用于对元件电参数进行测量,接口电路用于将万用表测量单元测量的电参数传送到波形测量单元显示;隔离电路用于对万用表测量单元与隔离电路间的电压隔离。
