技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种单级单吸离心泵的叶轮,特别是一种能够稳定扬程的单级单吸离心泵叶轮。
背景技术
单级单吸离心泵的叶轮,它属于离心泵叶轮,目前一般叶片的结构是出口边与轴线平行(见图1),即叶轮的前盖板11与后盖板12端点的连线与轴线13平行。但是由于前盖板11、后盖板12流线长度的不同,流体流经前盖板11、后盖板12后在出口处14所获得的能量也不同,因而产生了由后盖板12到前盖板11的二次回流15,这不但增加了水力损失,使泵的效率下降,而且还使扬程曲线产生驼峰。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的解决现有技术中单级单吸离心泵的叶轮的前盖板与后盖板端点的连线与轴线平行,使得在叶轮出口处产生二次回流所存在的上述问题,提供一种能够稳定扬程的单级单吸离心泵叶轮。本实用新型设计能够稳定扬程的单级单吸离心泵叶轮,包括前盖板、后盖板、轴芯、叶片,其特征在于:前盖板的外径大于后盖板的外径,前盖板和后盖板的端点连线与轴线的夹角为22°~25°。本实用新型的优点是单级单吸离心泵不但可以得到稳定的扬程曲线,而且泵效率变化甚微。

具体实施方法
图中包括前盖板1、后盖板2、轴芯3、叶片4,其特征在于:前盖板1的外径大于后盖板2的外径,前盖板1和后盖板2的端点连线与轴线的夹角为22°~25°。采用斜切叶轮出口处的后盖板2后,使得流经前盖板1和后盖板2的液体所获的能量基本相同,这样就减弱或消除了由后盖板2到前盖板1的二次回流的产生,使单级单吸离心泵不但可以得到稳定的扬程曲线,而且泵效率变化甚微。
