本实用新型涉及磷矿石加工机械领域。
背景技术
在磷肥加工过程中，磷矿石需从下料装置进入球磨机磨成粉。目前的下料装置由料仓和下料管组成，料仓和下料管用12mm厚的钢板加工而成，由于长期工作，磷矿石对下料装置磨损极大，一般2-3月就将下料装置磨穿，需停产维修，费工费时耗力，影响正常生产
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有下料装置上述之不足，而提供一种球磨机抗磨下料装置，它由下料仓1、橡胶内衬垫2、下料管3、抗磨内衬套4组成，橡胶内衬垫2安装在料仓1内，下料管3与料仓1相连接，抗磨内衬套4套在下料管3内，并通过螺栓相连。
本实用新型的优点是：由于在料仓内加设橡胶内衬垫，在下料管内加设抗磨内衬套4，延长了下料装置的使用时间，一般使用1年以上不需维修。

具体实施方式
下料管为方形管，在原料仓内加装10mm厚的橡胶板作橡胶内衬垫，在下料管内加装用抗磨材料如钢板制成的内衬套，内衬套通过螺栓与下料管相固连，为了防止下料装置内的水从螺栓处渗出，需在螺栓处装橡胶密封垫。

1.一种球磨机抗磨下料装置，其特征在于它由下料仓(1)、橡胶内衬垫(2)、下料管(3)、抗磨内衬套(4)组成，橡胶内衬垫(2)安装在料仓(1)内，下料管(3)与料仓(1)相连接，抗磨内衬套(4)套在下料管(3)内，并通过螺栓相连。
