Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于输液的自排气式精密过滤器,包括上盖、底座、亲水性滤膜、疏水性滤膜、压环,疏水性滤膜由压环压实后焊接在上盖通气孔内侧和压环之间,亲水性滤膜焊接在上盖与底座之间,使用时液体经进液口输入,透过亲水性滤膜从出液口排出,过滤器内滞留的气体经疏水性滤膜从排气孔排出,其特征在于:压环将疏水性滤膜压入上盖的通气孔内侧中,用超声波热熔方法连同膜压粘在上盖上。既保留原有疏水性滤膜与上盖的粘合又增加压环对疏水性滤膜周边的压粘,提高气膜与上盖粘合强度,使过滤器能承受输液时产生的压力,防止药液渗漏。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种过滤器,具体涉及一种用于输液的带自排气式过滤器。
背景技术
一次性使用输液器是一种临床输液、救治病人的重要器械,过滤器是输液器的核心部件,主要用于过滤药液中的不溶性微粒。在输液过程中往往有空气伴随药液进入过滤器并滞留在过滤器腔内,而这些空气有进入血管的可能,形成气栓危害病人。为解决这一问题,许多生产厂家设计了带有自排气装置的过滤器,如图所示,其包括上盖1、底座2、疏水性滤膜3、亲水性滤膜4、空室5、进液口6、通气孔7及出液口9。但是目前这种类型的过滤器在使用时容易在排气部位滲漏药液,特别是输注压力偏高时,如麻醉镇痛泵用过滤器,必须连续承受50Kpa压力在24小时以上,滲漏现象更为突出。主要原因是排气装置中疏水性滤膜和过滤器壳体的材质在焊接时相熔性差,粘合强度不够,受力后容易脱开。
疏水性滤膜大多数材质主要是聚四氟乙烯PTFE材质。它与一般的塑料,如聚丙烯PP、K胶、ABS等熔合时的相熔性较差。因此,如何提高PTFE膜与过滤器壳体焊接粘合强度是该产品的一个关键技术。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于输液的自排气式过滤器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种用于输液的自排气式过滤器,包括上盖、底座、亲水性过滤膜、疏水性滤膜、压环。上盖与底座连接,两端设置通道且中间设置空室,在空室水性滤膜、压环。上盖与底座连接,两端设置通道且中间设置空室,在空室中设置一亲水性过滤膜将空室隔成两部分,上盖开有与空室连通的通气孔,通气孔内侧固定疏水性滤膜,其特征在于:在疏水性滤膜靠空室一侧设置一个环形压环,并通过超声波热熔焊接连同疏水性滤膜压粘在上盖上。
其工作过程如下:
药液经进液口进入空室的上腔,经亲水性过滤膜过滤后流到空室下腔,再经出液口流出,药液中的悬浮颗粒则留在亲水性过滤膜进液的上表面上。药液带进滞留在空室上部的气体经过疏水性滤膜从通气孔排出。由于疏水性滤膜是疏水的,所以药液不会通过疏水性滤膜溢出。
本实用新型的突出效果是:采用压环在热熔焊过程中使疏水性滤膜与上盖塑料粘合时,压环与壳体熔融形成一体,既保留疏水性滤膜与上盖原有的粘合程度,又增加了压环对疏水性滤膜周边的压合作用。提高疏水性滤膜与外壳粘合的强度。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图2、3对本实用新型作进一步说明,但本实用新型的保护范围并不限于此。
一种用于输液的自排气过滤器,包括上盖1、底座2、亲水性过滤膜4、疏水性滤膜3,上盖1与底座2连接,中间设置空室5,在空室5中设置一亲水性过滤膜4将空室5隔成两部分,形成上、下空室。上空室与进液口6相通,下空室与出液口9相通。上盖1开有与空室5连通的通气孔7,通气孔7内侧固定疏水性滤膜3,其特征在于:在疏水性滤膜3的周边设置一个压环8。
压环8将疏水性滤膜3压入上盖1的通气孔内侧中,用超声波热熔方法连同膜压粘在上盖1上。由于在通气孔内侧中设置一内径较压环8外径略小的凸起,凸起称为焊线10,在超声波焊接过程中,使压环8通过熔化的焊线10与上盖壳体1熔融成一体。同时由于压环8与通气孔7内侧过盈配合,一部分熔融的塑料也会堆积在疏水性滤膜3的四周,进一步增加压环对气膜3的粘压作用。
继之,将亲水性过滤膜4焊合在底座2上后,再将上盖1焊合在底座2上即形成一个完整的过滤器。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本实用新型较有代表性的例子。显然,本实用新型的技术方案并不限于上述实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本实用新型公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种用于输液的自排气式过滤器,包括上盖、底座、亲水性过滤膜、疏水性滤膜、压环,上盖与底座连接,两端设置通道且中间设置空室,在空室中设置一亲水性过滤膜将空室隔成两部分,上盖开有与空室连通的通气孔,通气孔内侧固定疏水性滤膜,其特征在于:在疏水性滤膜靠空室一侧设置一个环形压环,并通过热熔焊接将疏水性滤膜压粘在上盖上。
