本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉。
背景技术
目前,临床上骨外科做断骨固定时使用的空心钉结构为:空心钉为螺栓状,螺栓的头部设有内六角,螺栓的杆部设有螺纹,空心钉为中空。这种结构的锁定钉的缺点是:空心钉在体内不能加压,不能锁定,易旋转,滑脱。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以在人体内加压的抗旋转防滑脱的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,为螺栓状,中空;其结构包括:设有内六角的头部、设有螺纹的杆部;其特征在于:所述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉的头部设有外螺纹。
根据上述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部螺纹的螺距大于头部螺纹的螺距。
根据上述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部前端设计有自攻头。
根据上述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部的螺纹为全螺纹。
本实用新型的优点是:由于本实用新型中的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉的头部设有外螺纹,在使用时可将本实用新型与接骨板上设计的螺孔进行锁定连接,可以防止股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉在体内旋转、滑脱;股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉的杆部前端设计有自攻头,杆部螺纹的螺距大于头部螺纹的螺距,所以在使用本实用新型时有加压的作用,可以使接骨板更加固定。

一种股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,如图1、2所示,为螺栓状,中空;其结构包括:设有内六角的头部、设有螺纹的杆部2;股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉的头部设有外螺纹1;在本实施例中,杆部螺纹3的螺距大于头部螺纹1的螺距;在本实施例中,杆部前端设计有自攻头4;在本实施例中,杆部的螺纹为全螺纹。
本实用新型技术参数为:
杆部螺纹的螺距为2.75毫米,螺纹长度为20、25、30毫米,外径为4.8毫米,螺距为1.25毫米,螺纹长度为6毫米。

1.一种股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,为螺栓状,中空;其结构包括:设有内六角的头部、设有螺纹的杆部(2);其特征在于:所述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉的头部设有外螺纹(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部螺纹(3)的螺距大于头部螺纹(1)的螺距。
3.根据权利要求1所述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部前端设计有自攻头(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的股骨颈干空心加压锁定钉,其特征在于:所述的杆部(2)的螺纹为全螺纹。
