Abstract
本发明一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,包括接骨螺钉和限位套。接骨螺钉前端设有螺纹A,螺纹A后端设有光杆,光杆后端设有滑动轴,光杆与滑动轴之间设有台阶A,滑动轴外缘小于光杆,滑动轴后端设有螺钉头,螺钉头与滑动轴之间设有台阶B,螺钉头外缘大于滑动轴,螺钉头设有螺纹B,螺纹B的旋向与螺纹A相反。所述限位套设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔与螺纹B配合设置,螺纹孔后端设有台阶孔,螺钉头向后旋过所述螺纹孔置于台阶孔内,滑动轴设于螺纹孔内并与螺纹孔滑动配合,台阶A向后滑动至限位套停止,滑动的距离设为5~10mm,限位套后端设有锥螺纹,配合旋入接骨板的锥螺纹孔。
Description
技术领域
本发明提供了一种医疗器械,尤其是一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉。
背景技术
目前临床上常用鹅头钉或PFAN髓内钉治疗股骨颈骨折患者,这两种医疗器械均存在不同的缺陷。鹅头钉的缺陷在于其所用接骨螺钉的螺纹设置在骨折线两端,没有术后加压功能,因而不能有效促进骨折面愈合。PFAN髓内钉虽然具有术后加压功能,但需要术后人工手动加压。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,克服了上述缺陷。其主要包括接骨螺钉和限位套。
所述接骨螺钉前端设有螺纹A,用于旋入骨折线一端的股骨头,所述螺纹A后端设有光杆置于骨折线部位,所述光杆后端设有滑动轴,所述光杆与滑动轴之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴外缘小于光杆,所述滑动轴后端设有螺钉头,所述螺钉头与滑动轴之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头外缘大于滑动轴,所述螺钉头设有螺纹B,所述螺纹B的旋向与螺纹A相反,所述螺纹B设为矩形螺纹。所述限位套设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔与所述螺纹B配合设置,所述螺纹孔后端设有台阶孔,所述台阶孔后端设有工具孔,所述螺钉头向后旋过所述螺纹孔置于台阶孔内,所述滑动轴设于所述螺纹孔内并与螺纹孔滑动配合,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套前端停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm,所述限位套后端设有锥螺纹,配合旋入接骨板的锥螺纹孔或配合旋入CN201595922U万向锁定接骨板的开口螺帽的锥螺纹孔。手术时,按照所述螺纹A的旋向向前旋动所述接骨螺钉,所述螺钉头止于所述台阶孔底端,继续旋进所述接骨螺钉将对股骨颈两断端进行拉近并加压。
进一步,本发明一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,主要包括接骨螺钉A和限位套A。
所述接骨螺钉A前端设有螺纹C,用于旋入骨折线一端的股骨头,所述螺纹C后段被削去牙顶形成外径小于所述螺纹C的螺杆,置于骨折线部位,所述螺杆后端设有滑动轴,所述螺杆与滑动轴之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴外缘小于螺杆,所述滑动轴后端设有螺钉头A,所述螺钉头A与滑动轴之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头A外缘大于滑动轴。所述限位套A设有螺纹孔A,所述螺纹孔A后端设有台阶孔,所述螺纹C向前配合旋过所述螺纹孔A,所述滑动轴滑动配合穿过所述螺纹孔A,所述螺钉头A向前运动时止于台阶孔底端,所述台阶孔后端设有工具孔,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套A前端停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm,所述限位套A后端设有锥螺纹,配合旋入接骨板的锁定螺纹孔或配合旋入CN201595922U万向锁定接骨板的开口螺帽的锥螺纹孔。手术时,按照所述螺纹C的旋向向前旋动所述接骨螺钉A,所述螺钉头A止于所述台阶孔底端,继续旋进将对股骨颈两断端进行拉近并加压。
手术时,一般取两枚或三枚也可多枚本发明一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,配合接骨板对断裂的股骨颈进行接骨治疗。
有益效果:通过一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,即保持锁定螺钉的作用,又增加了术中手动加压、术后滑动加压的功能,且符合骨折断端受到加压刺激后加速愈合的理论,实现了术中股骨头、股骨颈手动加压,术后股骨头、股骨颈自动加压的目的,既有利于牢固固定术又加速愈合,而且通过限制加压距离的设计,减少了骨折线部位骨细胞过量吸收而使间隙增大,进而引起的股延迟愈合、骨不连等缺陷,使患者避免二次手术之痛苦。

所述接骨螺钉1前端设有螺纹A,用于旋入骨折线一端的股骨头,所述螺纹A后端设有光杆置于骨折线部位,所述光杆后端设有滑动轴11,所述光杆与滑动轴11之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴11外缘小于光杆,所述滑动轴11后端设有螺钉头12,所述螺钉头12与滑动轴11之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头11外缘大于滑动轴11,所述螺钉头11设有螺纹B,所述螺纹B的旋向与螺纹A相反,所述螺纹B设为矩形螺纹。所述限位套2设有螺纹孔21,所述螺纹孔21与所述螺纹B配合设置,所述螺纹孔21后端设有台阶孔,所述台阶孔后端设有工具孔,所述螺钉头12向后旋过所述螺纹孔21置于台阶孔内,所述滑动轴11设于所述螺纹孔21内并与螺纹孔21滑动配合,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套2前端停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm,所述限位套2后端设有锥螺纹,配合旋入CN201595922U万向锁定接骨板的开口螺帽3的锥螺纹孔。

所述接骨螺钉A4前端设有螺纹C,用于旋入骨折线一端的股骨头,所述螺纹C后段被削去牙顶形成外径小于所述螺纹C的螺杆,置于骨折线部位,所述螺杆后端设有滑动轴41,所述螺杆与滑动轴41之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴41外缘小于螺杆,所述滑动轴41后端设有螺钉头A42,所述螺钉头A42与滑动轴41之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头A42外缘大于滑动轴41。所述限位套A5设有螺纹孔A51,所述螺纹孔A51后端设有台阶孔,所述螺纹C向前旋过所述螺纹孔A51,所述滑动轴41滑动配合穿过所述螺纹孔A51,所述螺钉头A42向前运动时止于台阶孔底端,所述台阶孔后端设有工具孔,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套A5前端停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm,所述限位套A5后端设有锥螺纹,配合旋入接骨板的锁定螺纹孔或配合旋入CN201595922U万向锁定接骨板的开口螺帽3的锥螺纹孔。手术时,按照所述螺纹C的旋向向前旋动所述接骨螺钉A,所述螺钉头A止于所述台阶孔底端,继续旋进将对股骨颈两断端进行拉近并加压。

1.一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,主要包括接骨螺钉(1),其特征在于还设有限位套(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述接骨螺钉(1)前端设有螺纹A,所述螺纹A后端设有光杆,所述光杆后端设有滑动轴(11),所述滑动轴(11)后端设有螺钉头(12),所述螺钉头(12)设有螺纹B。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述螺纹B的旋向与螺纹A相反。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述螺纹B设为矩形螺纹。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述光杆与滑动轴(11)之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴(11)外缘小于光杆,所述螺钉头(12)与滑动轴(11)之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头(12)外缘大于滑动轴(11)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述限位套(2)设有螺纹孔(21),所述螺纹孔(21)与所述螺纹B配合设置,所述螺纹孔(21)后端设有台阶孔,所述限位套(2)后端设有锥螺纹。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于所述螺钉头(12)向后旋过所述螺纹孔(21)置于台阶孔内,所述滑动轴(11)设于所述螺纹孔(21)内,所述滑动轴(11)与螺纹孔(21)滑动配合,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套(2)停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm。
8.一种滑动加压锁定接骨螺钉,其特征在于包括接骨螺钉A(4)和限位套A(5),所述接骨螺钉A(4)前端设有螺纹C,所述螺纹C后段被削去牙顶形成外径小于所述螺纹C的螺杆,置于骨折线部位,所述螺杆后端设有滑动轴(41),所述螺杆与滑动轴(41)之间设有台阶A,所述滑动轴(41)外缘小于螺杆,所述滑动轴(41)后端设有螺钉头A(42),所述螺钉头A(42)与滑动轴(41)之间设有台阶B,所述螺钉头A(42)外缘大于滑动轴(41),所述限位套A(5)设有螺纹孔A(51),所述螺纹孔A(51)后端设有台阶孔,所述螺纹C向前旋过所述螺纹孔A(51),所述滑动轴(41)滑动配合穿过所述螺纹孔A(51),所述螺钉头A(42)向前运动时止于台阶孔底端,所述台阶A向后滑动至所述限位套A(5)停止,所述滑动的距离设为5~10mm,所述限位套A(5)后端设有锥螺纹。
