Abstract
一种理线装置,用以对风扇电源线进行整理,包括一安装于所述风扇一侧的安装板及一突设在所述安装板上用以钩扣所述电源线的卡钩,所述卡钩包括一自所述安装板上向远离所述安装板的方向延伸的基部及一自所述基部弯折延伸的收容部,所述收容部与所述安装板间形成一收容空间,所述卡钩进一步包括一自所述收容部向靠近所述安装板的方向延伸的阻挡部及一自所述阻挡部沿远离所述安装板的方向延伸的导引部。本实用新型理线装置结构简单、成本低。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种理线装置,特别是涉及一种用来整理风扇电源线的理线装置。
背景技术
在电脑或服务器中,为了使所述电子装置稳定工作,常常需要多个风扇一起对其进散热。
所述风扇一般固定在两平行安装板间,每相邻风扇间通过一安装在两安装板间的间隔板隔开。每一安装板对应每一风扇开设有散热孔。所述风扇可通过固定件固定在所述间隔板间。所述风扇的电源线越过所述安装板连接到主板上的风扇电源接口,这样,若不对所述电源线进行整理,所述电源线将被随意放置而使机箱内极为混乱,进而影响所述机箱的散热。
在现有技术中,有通过捆绑的方式将所述电源线与其他数据或电源线绑在一起,但是,这样的电源线整理方式将增加一额外的捆绑元件,成本较高,而且,捆绑后的电源线及数据线常放置在所述风扇的通风道上,会影响散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种结构简单、成本低的理线装置。
一种理线装置,用以对风扇电源线进行整理,包括一安装于所述风扇一侧的安装板及一突设在所述安装板上用以钩扣所述电源线的卡钩,所述卡钩包括一自所述安装板上向远离所述安装板的方向延伸的基部及一自所述基部弯折延伸的收容部,所述收容部与所述安装板间形成一收容空间,所述卡钩进一步包括一自所述收容部向靠近所述安装板的方向延伸的阻挡部及一自所述阻挡部沿远离所述安装板的方向延伸的导引部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型理线装置通过在所述安装板的卡钩钩扣所述电源线来整理所述电源线,结构简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,一机箱10包括一底板12及两自所述底板12的两相对边缘垂直向上弯折延伸的平行侧板14、16,所述底板12在两侧板14、16间固定两垂直所述底板12的平行安装板22、24。所述两安装板22、24垂直所述两侧板14、16,且分别开设若干散热孔。所述两安装板22、24间等间距安装若干相互平行的间隔板26,用以将所述散热孔与相邻的散热孔分隔开。所述安装板22在每一散热孔的下侧分别向外突设一卡钩226。每一卡钩226包括相互连接的一基部2262、一收容部2264、一阻挡部2266及一导引部2268。所述基部2262自所述安装板22向外弯折延伸。所述收容部2264与所述基部262的自由端连接,并大致沿与所述安装板22平行的方向延伸。所述阻挡部2266与所述收容部2264连接,并向靠近所述安装板22的方向延伸。所述导引部2268与所述阻挡部2266连接,并向远离所述安装板22的方向延伸。所述基部2262与所述收容部2264及所述收容部2264与所述阻挡部2266可通过圆弧过渡或相对成一角度弯折。所述导引部2268与所述阻挡部2266间的夹角为锐角。
每一风扇30通过一固定件40固定在每两间隔板26间。每一风扇30具有一电源线32。
为整理所述电源线32,可通过扳动所述卡钩226的导引部2268使所述卡钩226向外弹性变形,或直接通过电源线32挤压所述导引部2268而使所述卡钩226向外弹性变形,从而使所述电源线32能够自所述导引部2268滑进所述收容部2264与所述安装板22间。在所述电源线32滑入所述收容部2264与所述安装板22间后,所述卡钩226弹性回复到初始状态,所述电源线32为所述阻挡部2266阻挡,因而不致脱离所述卡钩226。
请参考图2,为更好地夹持所述电源线32,本实用新型理线装置进一步包括一突设在所述安装板22上且结构与所述卡钩226相同但设置方向相反的卡钩228。所述卡钩228位于所述卡钩226的上方,两者间间隔一可容置至少一所述电源线32的间距。所述电源线32可先从所述卡钩228的一侧滑入所述卡钩228与所述安装板22间,然后,绕至所述卡钩228的另一侧,再滑入所述卡钩226与所述安装板22间,从而将所述电源线32钩扣在所述两卡钩226、228与所述安装板22间。
Claims (8)
1.一种理线装置,用以对风扇电源线进行整理,包括一安装于所述风扇一侧的安装板及一突设在所述安装板上用以钩扣所述电源线的卡钩,所述卡钩包括一自所述安装板上向远离所述安装板的方向延伸的基部及一自所述基部弯折延伸的收容部,所述收容部与所述安装板间形成一收容空间,其特征在于:所述卡钩进一步包括一自所述收容部向靠近所述安装板的方向延伸的阻挡部及一自所述阻挡部沿远离所述安装板的方向延伸的导引部。
2.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩的基部与所述收容部通过圆弧过渡。
3.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩的基部与所述收容部相对成一角度弯折。
4.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩的阻挡部与所述收容部通过圆弧过渡。
5.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩的阻挡部与所述收容部相对成一角度弯折。
6.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述卡钩的导引部与所述阻挡部间的夹角为锐角。
7.如权利要求1所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述安装板上还突设有另一与所述卡钩结构相同但设置方向相反的卡钩。
8.如权利要求7所述的理线装置,其特征在于:所述两卡钩间间隔可容置至少一所述电源线的间距。
