本实用新型是一种螺钉装饰盖,特别是一种用于空调器室内机面框上的螺钉装饰盖。
背景技术:
现有空调室内机面框1上的螺钉装饰盖3通过其两侧的旋转轴13铰装在面框上螺钉槽2内并按压盖在螺钉上,上述结构的螺钉装饰盖存在以下几点缺点:一是由于旋转轴短小,通过挤压安装很容易磨损变形导致脱落丢失,如图1、2所示;二是为方便打开装饰盖,在装饰盖的前后端都留有缝隙,影响美观,如果密封不好还会导致凝露;第三,拆卸或安装螺钉时,由于螺丝装饰盖旋转的角度有限,给拆卸或安装螺钉增加了障碍。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种既方便拆卸或安装螺钉,外观又美观的用于空调器室内机面框上的螺钉装饰盖。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:包括面框,面框上设有螺钉槽,其中上述螺钉槽两侧壁设有导槽或导轨,装饰盖两侧对应导槽或导轨设有导轨或导槽,装饰盖通过导轨及导槽可滑动地推装在螺钉槽内盖住螺钉。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:由于采用装饰盖通过导轨及导槽可滑动地推装在螺钉槽内盖住螺钉,在拆卸或安装螺钉时,可将装饰盖从螺钉槽抽出,再拆卸或安装螺钉,拆卸或安装螺钉完毕,再将装饰盖推进螺钉槽。因此,其不仅方便拆卸或安装螺钉,而且不需要在装饰盖的前后端都留有缝隙,外观美观。

本实用新型结构示意图如图3、4所示,包括面框1,面框上设有螺钉槽2,其中上述螺钉槽2两侧壁设有导槽21或导轨,装饰盖3两侧对应导槽21或导轨设有导轨31或导槽,装饰盖3通过导轨及导槽可滑动地推装在螺钉槽内盖住螺钉。
