本实用新型涉及矿山输送机械,尤其是一种输送带托辊。
背景技术:
目前,常用的输送带托辊一种为三辊组合结构,工作时阻力大,且制造成本高;另一种为单辊结构,如中国专利ZL03207068.3公开的矿山机械输送带托辊,该托辊其辊轴与辊体通过销子固定为一体,随输送带同步转动,同样存在运转阻力的问题,同时,在维修过程中,因皮带与托辊销子部位长期磨损,会给拆装带来麻烦。
发明内容:
本实用新型旨在解决现有单辊结构输送带托辊存在的运转阻力大、维修时拆装不便的问题,而提供一种能提高运转力、维修方便的输送带托辊。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种输送带托辊,包括辊轴、辊体,辊体为中空结构,由中间柱筒和两端锥筒构成,该辊轴上装有轴承,辊体通过该轴承安装在辊轴上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
由于辊体整体为中空,由辊轴支撑绕辊轴转动,因此辊体运转阻力大大降低,辊体、轴承、辊轴之间过盈配合,维修拆装非常方便。

一种输送带托辊,由辊体1、辊轴2、轴承3、卡环4、轴承盖5组成,辊体1为中空结构,由中间柱筒8和两端锥筒7和9构成,辊体1的柱筒8其内两端设置有台肩,轴承3卧于该台肩内,并由卡环4及轴承盖5装于辊轴2上,卡环4将轴承3稳固于台肩内,轴承盖5除了起保护轴承3的作用外,还起到防尘作用。

1.一种输送带托辊,包括辊轴、辊体,辊体为中空结构,由中间柱筒和两端锥筒构成,其特征在于辊轴上装有轴承,辊体通过该轴承安装在辊轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送带托辊,其特征在于辊体的柱筒其内两端设置有台肩,轴承卧于该台肩内,并由卡环及轴承盖装于辊轴上。
