参见图1-图2，本实施例由上滑轨1、下滑轨2、手柄3、锁扣4、锁孔5和扭簧6组成，上滑轨1套接在下滑轨2上，可以滑动；手柄3固定在上滑轨1上，可以活动；手柄3上设置有锁扣4，锁孔5开在下滑轨2上，锁扣4和锁孔5配合；扭簧6分别与手柄3和上滑轨1连接。
使用时，扭动手柄3，锁头4与锁孔5脱开解锁；在人力的作用下，上滑轨1和下滑轨2可以前、后滑动；放开手柄3，锁头4和锁孔5在扭簧6的作用下吻合锁住。
