本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，能在饮茶时，方便地将茶叶与茶水分开，且在未使用时，能与普通纸杯一样多个纸杯重叠放置的过滤纸杯。

一种过滤纸杯，包括杯体，其特征是：在杯体内部一侧设置将茶叶与茶水分隔开、且折叠后贴紧在杯体内壁的折叠式过滤网。
