一种蓄电池极柱保护用连接条,属铅酸蓄电池的制造技术领域,主要由电缆(1),置于电缆(1)两端带圆孔(4)的扁形铜块(2),包覆于扁形铜块(2)外的塑料或橡胶非金属层(3),置于圆孔(4)两边非金属层(3)上的凸台(5)等组成。本实用新型通过在圆孔两端的非金属层上各设置一圈凸台,在与蓄电池极柱联接时,可使上下凸台与电池极柱护圈的表面及螺钉紧密接触,形成一种密封结构,将蓄电池极柱完全包围在该密封结构内,将极柱完全密封,防止外界酸、水甚至空气进入,保护极柱免受腐蚀甚至氧化。

背景技术
阀控铅酸蓄电池的极柱(或叫引出端子)经连接后多露在外面,与外界空气接触,用户在使用过程中,若遇酸、水或者空气极柱易腐蚀或氧化。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,能在不影响用户使用要求的情况下将极柱完全密封的蓄电池极柱保护用连接条。
本实用新型为蓄电池极柱保护用连接条,包括电缆,置于电缆两端带圆孔的扁形铜块,包覆于扁形铜块外的非金属层,其特征在于圆孔两边的非金属层上还设有凸台。
所述非金属层的材料可为塑料或橡胶。
本实用新型通过在圆孔两端的非金属层上各设置一圈凸台,在与蓄电池极柱联接时,可使上下凸台与蓄电池极柱护圈的表面及螺钉紧密接触,形成一种密封结构,将蓄电池极柱完全包围在该密封结构内,将极柱完全密封,防止外界酸、水甚至空气进入,保护极柱免受腐蚀甚至氧化。

具体实施方式
本实用新型主要由电缆1,置于电缆1两端带圆孔4的扁形铜块2,包覆于扁形铜块2外的塑料或橡胶非金属层3,置于圆孔4两边非金属层3上的凸台5等组成。
使用时将带非金属层3扁形铜块2压在极柱6上,用螺钉7穿过圆孔4将扁形铜块2压紧在蓄电池极柱护圈8上,通过非金属层3上的上下凸台5调节压紧度,从而通过三者的紧密配合,将蓄电池极柱6完全密封,保护极柱免受外界酸、水腐蚀及氧化。

1.一种蓄电池极柱保护用连接条,包括电缆(1),置于电缆(1)两端带圆孔(4)的扁形铜块(2),包覆于扁形铜块(2)外的非金属层(3),其特征在于圆孔(4)两边的非金属层(3)上还设有凸台(5)。
2.按权利要求1所述的蓄电池极柱保护用连接条,其特征在于所述非金属层(3)的材料为塑料或橡胶。
