本实用新型涉及一种上下料装置。
背景技术
在石油、涂料以及一些化工领域的生产企业中，往往需要使用闭口的金属桶来盛装产品。为了减少浪费和满足环保的要求，在产品使用后所剩的金属桶需要回收洗刷后再利用。在给刷洗机上下料的过程中，往往通过人工操作来完成，工人的劳动强度大，生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种上下料采用机械化操作，减轻工人的劳动强度，提高生产效率的上下料装置。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现：
一种上下料装置，其特征在于，包括机架，所述机架上设置有旋转轴，所述旋转轴通过传动机构和减速机构与旋转电机连接，所述旋转轴的上端固定连接有旋转臂，所述旋转臂的前端连接有卡爪，所述卡爪上设置有电磁铁。
所述旋转轴的下端设置有与升降电机连接的凸轮机构。
所述旋转轴的上端与机架连接处设置有套在旋转轴上的弹簧。
所述旋转轴与凸轮之间设置有单向推力球轴承和从动板。
所述卡爪为圆弧形。
所述旋转轴与旋转电机之间的传动机构为齿轮传动机构。
本实用新型具有下述技术效果：
本实用新型的上下料装置使上下料的操作实现了机械化，大大减轻了工人的劳动强度，有利于提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型详细说明。
本实用新型上下料装置的示意图如图1和图2所示，包括机架1，在机架上设置有旋转轴4，旋转轴通过传动机构和减速机构与旋转电机2连接，旋转轴的上端固定连接有旋转臂7，所述旋转臂的前端连接有卡爪8，所述卡爪上设置有电磁铁1 3。其中旋转轴与旋转电机之间的传动机构为由主动齿轮3与被动齿轮6组成的齿轮传动机构。为了适应上下桶的需要，卡爪为与桶形状相应的圆弧形。
在旋转轴的下端设置有与升降电机12连接的凸轮机构9。在旋转轴的上端与机架连接处设置有套在旋转轴上的弹簧5。在旋转轴与凸轮之间设置有单向推力球轴承11和从动板10。
本实用新型的上下料装置既可以用于上料，也可以用于下料，也可以采用两台相同的设备分别用于上料和下料。
上料时，通过电磁铁的作用卡爪将桶抱住，凸轮位于最高点，旋转电机启动，带动齿轮传动机构和旋转臂旋转及桶转动到上料的工位，旋转电机停止。升降电机启动，凸轮下降，将桶放在上料的工位上，刷桶机的汽缸动作，将桶夹紧，电磁铁退磁。旋转电机向相反方向转动，带动旋转臂退出上料的工位，复位，完成上料操作。
下料时，凸轮位于最低点，旋转电机启动，带动齿轮传动机构和旋转臂旋转及桶转动到下料的工位，旋转电机停止。电磁铁将桶吸住。刷桶机的汽缸动作，将桶放开。升降电机启动，凸轮上升，同时，旋转电机向相反方向转动，带动旋转臂退出下料的工位，复位，之后，退磁，将桶放下，完成下料操作。
尽管参照实施例对所公开的涉及一种上下料装置进行了特别描述，以上描述的实施例是说明性的而不是限制性的，在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下，所有的变化和修改都在本实用新型的范围之内。

1.一种上下料装置，其特征在于，包括机架，所述机架上设置有旋转轴，所述旋转轴通过传动机构和减速机构与旋转电机连接，所述旋转轴的上端固定连接有旋转臂，所述旋转臂的前端连接有卡爪，所述卡爪上设置有电磁铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上下料装置，其特征在于，所述旋转轴的下端设置有与升降电机连接的凸轮机构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的上下料装置，其特征在于，所述旋转轴的上端与机架连接处设置有套在旋转轴上的弹簧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的上下料装置，其特征在于，所述旋转轴与凸轮之间设置有单向推力球轴承和从动板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的上下料装置，其特征在于，所述卡爪为圆弧形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的上下料装置，其特征在于，所述旋转轴与旋转电机之间的传动机构为齿轮传动机构。
