本实用新型涉及缝纫机零部件,特别是多针机压杆套防漏油机构。
背景技术:
传统多针机压杆套部位结构如图1所示,压杆套3贯穿并固装于机头1底部,压杆2活动插入压杆套3内;压杆2顶端通过螺钉固装有压杆滑块6,中部套有密封圈4,密封圈4且位于压杆滑块6和压杆套3之间。当压杆滑块6被提升时,压杆2相对压杆套3提升,密封圈4也随之上升。在机头1油量较多的情况下,润滑油可能会在密封圈4离开时渗到压杆套3内侧;在压杆2返回过程中,密封圈4有时会接触到机壳内侧的凸台1.1,而无法回到原始位置,这样就可能导致压杆2上积油过多而漏油。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供结构简单、效果较好的多针机压杆套防漏油机构。
本实用新型的方案是:压杆套贯穿并固装于机头底部,顶部装有压杆滑块的压杆活动贯穿压杆套,压杆套上方的密封圈套于压杆,套于压杆的弹簧两端分别与密封圈、压杆滑块触碰。
密封圈呈基本上的喇叭形,喇叭口朝下与压杆套紧贴。
本实用新型的优点是:压杆滑块和密封圈之间装有弹簧,弹簧始终处于受力状态,不管压杆抬升到哪个高度,弹簧对密封圈施压而使其紧贴压杆套,防止机油渗漏到压杆套内,上述结构非常简单,改装成本低。

具体实施方式:
参照图2至3,压杆套3贯穿并固装机头1底部,压杆2活动贯穿压杆套3内,压杆2顶端固装有压杆滑块6。压杆套3顶部与压杆滑块6之间的压杆2上套有密封圈4和螺旋弹簧5,其中密封圈4呈喇叭形,喇叭口朝下,弹簧5顶端与压杆滑块6顶触,底端与密封圈4顶触。
工作原理:在压杆滑块6和密封圈4之间加上一个弹簧5,使密封圈4始终贴紧压杆套3,即使压杆2提升也是如此,如图3所示。当压杆2提升到上死点时,弹簧5也处在其有效伸缩范围,不管压杆2抬升到哪个高度,弹簧5始终是在受力状态,始终对密封圈4施压而使其紧贴压杆套3,防止机油渗漏到压杆套3内。另外,密封圈4始终不会提升到机壳凸台1.1上方,密封圈4位置相对固定。

1.多针机压杆套防漏油机构,压杆套(3)贯穿并固装于机头(1)底部,顶部装有压杆滑块(6)的压杆(2)活动贯穿压杆套(3),压杆套(3)上方的密封圈(4)套于压杆(2),其特征在于套于压杆(2)的弹簧(5)两端分别与密封圈(4)、压杆滑块(6)触碰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多针机压杆套防漏油机构,其特征在于密封圈(4)呈基本上的喇叭形,喇叭口朝下与压杆套(3)紧贴。
