Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种一次溶药的自毁式注射器，属医疗用品。它包括针尖(1)、筒体(2)、芯杆(3)、第一棘齿槽(4)、第二棘齿槽(5)、第三棘齿槽(6)、第四棘齿槽(7)、按装孔(8)、止回件(9)、止回刺(10)、棘齿(11)、密封塞(12)、反复运动部位(13)、(14)、折断处(15)和刻度线(16)。筒体上粘有针尖或套有一个带针尖的针座，止回件通过按装孔装配在芯杆的缝隙内，并装配在第三棘齿槽与第四棘齿槽之间，它可以按药液稀释量要求设计各种规格，其主要特点是可以第一次按照实际需要稀释量抽吸稀释液注射到粉剂中，然而可进行第二次抽吸药液至规定剂量进行注射，同时自毁性能一生效不可能再次被抽液，适合了粉剂类需稀释的临床使用要求。

一次溶药的自毁式注射器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种一次溶药的自毁式注射器，属医疗用注射器。
背景技术
目前，国内外医疗机构所广泛使用的仍是一次性使用普通型注射器。该注射器如果是使用人员有意识再次重复使用是绝对可以的，如果是这样的话，交叉感染的可能性大大增多。近年来为解决以上问题，不少公司或个人设计了许多种类的自毁式注射器，如无锡市宇寿医疗器械有限公司的专利号为ZL02265318.X或专利号ZL99247769.7的这二款同样设计了带自毁装置的结构，可以作溶药使用，专利号为ZL02265318.X的如作溶药或注射药液时如不把保护片6翻去，该注射器是可以多次重复使用的，又如专利号ZL99247769.7的一款虽设有保护片限位，但在生产装配包装时和运输过程中或使用前很容易被刺破，实际上该专利在现有生产中也同样加了限位保护片，如果不把保护片去掉，虽然可以溶药，同样可以重复多次使用。为适合粉剂稀释用如冻干疫苗等的稀释，现已出现有专利保护，其专利号为WO01/80932A1，该一种受限制使用注射器克服了以上能重复使用的不足，它只能二次抽液、二次注射，完全靠机械结构控制，防止了滥用。但该注射器结构复杂，生产成本高，另外该注射器虽然能观察回血，但回血观察的活塞和推杆与锁定元件的活动距离较长，没有作尺寸的限定，如该专利图10G是排气后可以注入人体时的示意图中所示，回血段已有0.05ml的距离，因为0.05ml的注射器可用于0.05ml的疫苗注射用。世界卫生组织WHO要求所有的疫苗用注射器都是要自毁型的，不可重复使用的，同时该设计的毁型面积很大，毁型储存器也同时增大，提高了成本。所以以上种种不合理的还需进一步改进。
为解决以上的不足，本发明提供了一种生产成本低操作方便，同时又能观察回血，且观察回血的空间低于0.03ml，绝对不可重复二次溶药的一次溶药的自毁式注射器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适合于一次溶药和一次注射的一次溶药的自毁式注射器。更具体的是，粉剂药需先稀释后再抽液注射，即一支注射器要有先吸取稀释剂注入粉剂，稀释后再次抽取药液进行人体注射为整个全过程，然后注射器是不可再次使用。
为了解决以上整个合理的全过程，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种一次溶药的自毁式注射器，该注射器包括筒体部份，筒体部份上粘结有针尖或带有针尖的针座，筒体外壁上印有黑色或深色的刻度线；芯杆部份，该芯杆位于筒体部份内；止回件，该止回件按装在芯杆第三、第四棘齿槽之间，位于筒体内后段；密封塞，该密封塞设置在筒体部份内，并且装配在芯杆前端，位于筒体内前端。如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：芯杆(3)中间缝隙内设有二组棘齿槽，第一组是第一棘齿槽(4)和第二棘齿槽(5)，位于芯杆前部，靠近反复运动部位(13)；第二组棘齿槽是第三棘齿槽(6)和第四棘齿槽(7)，位于芯杆的中部。
如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的芯杆中间缝隙连接一个长方形按装孔(8)。
如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的芯杆中间缝隙内设有反复运动部位(13)、(14)，反复运动部位(13)处的长度比止回件长度长0.5mm至2mm。
如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的芯杆前端缝隙处设有折断处(15)。
如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的止回件(9)上设有止回刺(10)、棘齿(11)，止回件是用弹性钢片制成。
如以上所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述密封塞(12)的颜色与筒体外壁的刻度线的颜色反差要大，为浅兰色、浅绿色、白色。
本发明与现有技术相比，有了很大提高，满足了临床需求和自毁的要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明，参见附图。
本发明所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器包括护套A、针尖(1)、筒体(2)、芯杆(3)、止回件(9)、密封塞(12)，它在芯杆(3)上设有第一棘齿槽(4)、第二棘齿槽(5)、第三棘齿槽(6)、第四棘齿槽(7)，芯杆中缝隙前端设有折断处(15)，后端设有按装孔(8)(见图3)；止回件(9)上设有止回刺(10)、棘齿(11)(见图4)；装配时止回件(9)通过按装孔(8)进入第三棘齿槽和第四棘齿槽之间，芯杆头部套上密封塞(12)一起位于筒体内(见图1)。
使用时，拔去护套A，第一步吸取0.5ml(以0.5ml溶药注射器为例)的稀释液，筒体外壁的刻度线是黑色的0.5ml处有一刻度标明，同时由于密封塞是浅兰色、浅绿色、白色，密封塞经过刻度线时完全能被清晰的确认，密封塞头部到达0.5ml刻度线后停止向后拉动，此时止回件(9)早已通过芯杆上的第三棘齿槽，但未通过芯杆上的第二棘齿槽，然后将0.5ml稀释液注入到粉剂内进行稀释，在这注入过程中，止回件(9)由于在吸液时已经过第三棘齿槽，所以在注射到后段时止回件(9)上的棘齿(11)已顶住芯杆上第三棘齿槽一起向前推进(见图5中分图B、C二图)，待稀释完毕后再次吸取药液至大约0.4ml处，此时止回件(9)的棘齿(11)已经进入芯杆上第二棘齿槽，此时自毁性能已生效(见图5中分图D)，然后继续向后吸液至顶部，此时止回件(9)上棘齿(11)进入芯杆上第一棘齿槽，吸液同时也完毕(见图5中分图E)，然后按注射要求排除空气至0.5ml处(见图5中分图F)，此时由于芯杆上的反复运动部位(13)处的长度要长于止回件长度0.5mm至2mm，所以注入人体后任何向后拉观察是否有回血现象(见图5中分图G)，如无回血可以直接注射(见图5中分图H)。此时，注射全过程已完毕，同时注射器也不可再次被抽出，因为止回件(9)上的二个止回刺刺到筒体内壁上，无法被抽拉，如旋转芯杆折断处(15)，芯杆立即会断裂。

Claims (6)

1.一种一次溶药的自毁式注射器，它包括：
筒体部份，所述筒体上粘有针尖或套有一个带有针尖的针座，筒体的外壁印有黑色或深色的刻度线；
芯杆部份，所述芯杆位于所述筒体部份内：
止回件，所述的止回件装配在芯杆的缝隙内，同时位于所述的筒体内；
密封塞，所述的密封塞装配在芯杆上，位于芯杆前端并位于所述的筒体内。
2.根据权利要1所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：密封塞的颜色与筒体外壁的刻度线的颜色反差要大，浅兰色、浅绿色、白色。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：芯杆(3)中间缝隙内设有二组棘齿槽，第一组是棘齿槽(4)和第二棘齿槽(5)，位于芯杆前部靠近反复运动部位(13)；第二组是第三棘齿槽(6)和第四棘齿槽(7)，位于芯杆的中部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的芯杆中间缝隙连接一个长方形按装孔(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的芯杆中间缝隙内设有反复运动部位(13)、(14)，反复运动部位(13)处的长度比止回件的长度长0.5mm至2mm.。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次溶药的自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的止回件(9)上设有止回刺(10)和棘齿(11)，止回件用弹性钢片制成。
