本实用新型涉及一种一次性使用自毁式注射器，它包括护套(1)、针尖(2)、针座(3)、推杆(4)、筒体(5)、止回钢片(6)，其特征在于：针座(3)设有凸沿(7)，推杆(4)设有密封环(8)，前段可移部位(9)，前段限位台阶(10)、棘齿槽(11)、后段可移部位(12)和后段限位台阶(13)，筒体(5)设有保护凸沿(14)，止回钢片(6)上设有棘齿(15)、止回刺(16)。它使用操作方便，一次性注射后即自毁。

一次性使用自毁式注射器
                     技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种一次性使用自毁式注射器，属于医疗用注射器。
                     背景技术
目前，国内外医院内所广泛使用的一次性使用无菌注射器的同时，已开始推广使用自毁式注射器来防止重复使用。由于自毁式注射器的结构复杂，在使用上有很多改变，医务人员感觉很不方便，加上自毁式注射器存在着许多问题，尤其是小容量微量注射器，如疫苗注射器、胰岛素注射器等，如抽液时带入针筒内的空气不易排出，不易观察回血等现象，以上关键技术不能得到完全解决，有可能造成医疗事故，加上有些自毁式注射器精度高、加工难度大，很难形成大批量生产，为解决以上不足，有待于改进。
                     发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抽液时能作排气动作，注射时能观察回血现象，同时操作方便，几乎和常规普通一次性使用注射器同样操作。注射药液便开始自毁生效，无法重复使用。克服了其它自毁式注射器的不足。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种一次性使用自毁式注射器，它包括护套1、针尖2、针座3、推杆4、筒体5、止回钢片6，其特征在于：针座3设有凸沿7，推杆4设有密封环8，前段可移部位9，前段限位台阶10、棘齿槽11、后段可移部位12和后段限位台阶13，筒体5设有保护凸沿14，止回钢片6上设有棘齿15、止回刺16。
如以上所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：推杆4上用于排气用的后段可移部位12其形状是圆形的或方形的，推杆4上的棘齿槽11是单条的或多条的。
如以上所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的筒体5上的保护凸沿14的内径应大于针座3上的针座凸沿7的外径，同时二者应紧密配合。
如以上所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：推杆4的前段可移部位9，该可移部位9的长度应大于止回钢片6的长度，该长度应该超出止回钢片6长度的2.5mm至3.5mm之间。
如以上所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的推杆4上的密封环8可以是分体的用其它材料制作的密封塞和密封圈。
它包括护套、针尖、针座、推杆、筒体、止回钢片，护套套在针座上保护胶在针座上的针尖，针座紧配在筒体头部，其针座上凸沿7紧配于筒体上保护凸沿14中，由于针座上凸沿7被筒体保护凸沿所复盖。带针的针座装配上后用手无法被取下，解决了其它自毁注射器可以被手取下的不足。筒体内装有一推杆，推杆上设有密封环、前段可移部位、前段限位台阶、棘齿槽、后段移位部和后段限位台阶，筒体上设有保护凸沿，止回钢片上设有棘齿和止回刺，安全性、自毁性好，适合大批量生产。

                     具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明，参见附图，本实用新型它包括护套1、针尖2、针座3、推杆4、筒体5、止回钢片6。针尖2胶粘在针座3上，针座3上设有凸沿7，推杆4上设有密封环8、前段可移部位9、前段限位台阶10、棘齿槽11、后段可移部位12和后段限位台阶13，筒体5上设有保护凸沿14，止回钢片6上设有棘齿15、止回刺16。把装有针尖2的针座3紧配按装在筒体5前沿头部，使针座凸沿7的外径紧配在筒体5上的保护凸沿14的内径中，使其复盖住针座凸沿7，针座3上套有护套1，然后把止回钢片6按装在推杆4后段限位台阶13上，装进筒体5中，使得棘刺15顶住筒体内壁上，拔掉护套1开始抽液，抽液时如带进气泡，利用后段可移部位12可反复进行排气动作，然后再次向后抽液至止回钢片6进入推杆4中前段可移部位9，再次把筒体5内的气泡排尽，此时止回刺16已顶住前段限位台阶10上，疫苗注射时由于前段可移部位9的长度大于钢片长度2.5mm至3.5mm，所以当针尖进入体内后仍可向后拉动推杆，观察是否有回血现象。注射时由于止回刺16顶住前段限位台阶10，注射液体时止回钢片6随同推杆同时前移，药液注射完毕时止回钢片6的棘齿15顶住筒体内壁，推杆4无法被拉出，达到了自毁作用。

1、一种一次性使用自毁式注射器，它包括护套(1)、针尖(2)、针座(3)、推杆(4)、筒体(5)、止回钢片(6)，其特征在于：针座(3)设有凸沿(7)，推杆(4)设有密封环(8)，前段可移部位(9)，前段限位台阶(10)、棘齿槽(11)、后段可移部位(12)和后段限位台阶(13)，筒体(5)设有保护凸沿(14)，止回钢片(6)上设有棘齿(15)、止回刺(16)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：推杆(4)上用于排气用的后段可移部位(12)其形状是圆形的或方形的，推杆(4)上的棘齿槽(11)是单条的或多条的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的筒体(5)上的保护凸沿(14)的内径应大于针座(3)上的针座凸沿(7)的外径，同时二者应紧密配合。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：推杆(4)的前段可移部位(9)，该可移部位(9)的长度应大于止回钢片(6)的长度，该长度应该超出止回钢片(6)长度的2.5mm至3.5mm之间。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一次性使用自毁式注射器，其特征在于：所述的推杆(4)上的密封环(8)可以是分体的用其它材料制作的密封塞和密封圈。
