Abstract

本实用新型聚光太阳电池组件涉及一种在聚光条件下利用太阳光伏电池的发电装置;它由钢化玻璃盖板、耐热EVA密封层、若干片太阳电池单体及相连的导电连接片、散热器、边框等部分组成,通过散热器进行散热;在散热器靠近太阳电池单体一侧的表面上紧密附着一层电绝缘层;在太阳电池单体与电绝缘层之间和导电连接片与电绝缘层之间均涂有导热硅脂;钢化玻璃盖板与散热器之间通过弹性压紧装置联接;边框与散热器之间留有间隙,并通过密封垫密封;由于使用表面紧密附着绝缘层的散热器,通过导热硅脂与太阳电池单体相接触,使结构更加紧凑,同时由于导热流体与电池不直接接触,也不存在流体与组件间的密封问题;适用于太阳能聚光光伏发电。

聚光太阳电池组件
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种在聚光条件下利用太阳光伏电池的发电装置。
背景技术:
在太阳能光伏发电领域,利用聚光器将太阳光聚焦后照射太阳电池,是降低发电成本的有效手段。由于照射到太阳电池上的太阳光只有一少部分转换为电能输出,而大部分都将转换为热能,因此解决太阳电池组件的散热问题,对于聚光光伏发电尤其重要。
现有散热技术方案主要有两种:一种是采用单体散热的方案,就是为每个太阳电池单体配置一个散热器,在构成组件时,各个散热器之间互相电绝缘。这种方案的好处是散热效果比较理想,缺点是组件结构复杂,需占用较大的空间。目前利用菲涅耳透镜的聚光光伏发电装置均采用这种散热方案。另一种方案是采用与普通非聚光电池组件相同的串并联组合封装形式,但每个电池单体的背面直接与具有电绝缘性能的导热流体接触,并通过散热器进行散热,这种方案的好处是散热效果最为理想,但缺点是导热流体与组件之间的密封问题要求较高,否则容易产生流体泄漏。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够克服上述缺点的聚光太阳电池组件。
它由钢化玻璃盖板、耐热E V A密封层、若干片太阳电池单体及相连的导电连接片、散热器、边框等部分组成,通过散热器进行散热;在散热器靠近太阳电池单体一侧的表面上紧密附着一层电绝缘层;在太阳电池单体与电绝缘层之间和导电连接片与电绝缘层之间均涂有导热硅脂。
钢化玻璃盖板与散热器之间通过弹性压紧装置联接。
边框与散热器之间留有间隙,并通过密封垫密封。
本实用新型使用表面紧密附着绝缘层的散热器,通过导热硅脂与太阳电池单体相接触,从而在保证较高散热性能的前提下,使结构更加紧凑,同时由于导热流体与电池不直接接触,也不存在流体与组件间的密封问题。

具体实施方式:
在图1中,聚焦后的太阳光透过钢化玻璃盖板(1)和耐热EVA密封层(2)到达太阳电池单体(3),所产生的电能通过导电连接片(4)输出。在散热器(8)上靠近太阳电池单体(3)一侧的表面上通过喷涂、溅射、热压或者其它手段形成一层与表面紧密附着的电绝缘层(7),电绝缘层(7)的材料可以是耐热的有机材料,例如不粘锅所使用的特氟隆(聚四氟乙烯),也可以是无机材料,例如导热陶瓷,甚至可以使用最新的纳米材料。电绝缘层的厚度以满足太阳电池的电绝缘要求为准,根据所选用材料的不同,其范围可从几纳米到几百微米。为了减小接触热阻,在太阳电池单体(3)与电绝缘层(7)之间和导电连接片(4)与电绝缘层(7)之间均涂有一薄层导热硅脂(5)。散热器(8)内部充满导热流体(9),通过流体进口(6)和流体出口(10)进行循环。为了保证太阳电池单体(3)与散热器(8)之间紧密接触,在钢化玻璃盖板(1)和散热器(8)之间通过弹性压紧装置(11)联接。边框(12)的作用是对聚光太阳电池组件的端面进行保护,为保证弹性压紧装置(11)发挥作用,边框(12)与散热器(8)之间留有必要的间隙,并通过密封垫(13)防止灰尘及雨水进入组件内部。

Claims (3)

1.一种聚光太阳电池组件,由钢化玻璃盖板、耐热E V A密封层、若干片太阳电池单体及相连的导电连接片、散热器、边框等部分组成,通过散热器进行散热,其特征是:在散热器靠近太阳电池单体一侧的表面上紧密附着一层电绝缘层;在太阳电池单体与电绝缘层之间和导电连接片与电绝缘层之间均涂有导热硅脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚光太阳电池组件,其特征是:钢化玻璃盖板与散热器之间通过弹性压紧装置联接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚光太阳电池组件,其特征是:边框与散热器之间留有间隙,并通过密封垫密封。
