现在使用的轴承,都是单层的,仅靠一排滚珠运转,在需要高速运行的设备安装使用时,由于高速所增加的摩擦力,会造成单层轴承的整体发热,或滚珠破裂,并直接导致能源消耗的增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双层轴承,可以满足高速运行设备的需要,并可有效的降低能源的消耗。
本实用新型技术方案中包括轴承,所采用的技术措施在于:在内轴承的外周套装有一个外轴承,由此构成整体的双层轴承。
本实用新型安装使用到设备上后,可通过双层轴承的滚珠同时运转,将高转速分担在双层滚珠上,由于同时转动,使之运转更为灵活,运行时的摩擦力大大降低,与现有技术相比,具有显著的有利高速和提高轴承使用寿命以及相应降低能源消耗的效果。
