除虾肚子剪刀
1.技术领域：
本实用新型剪刀涉及鱼类加工工具，特别可用来作为虾类加工工具。
2.背景技术：
目前虾类专门加工尚没有此类工具，使用一般的剪刀(附图说明书中的图1)刀片平直，除虾肚时需分二次剪除虾肚上面的虾壳(见附图说明书中的图2、图3)然后用手挤压，再摘去虾肚肠。使用该新型剪刀可一次性除去虾的肚肠，因为该除虾肚子剪刀可剪除虾壳，还可利用“U”型口轻松一拉抽取虾肚肠，所以可作为虾类的加工工具之用。
3.实用新型内容：本申请的目的是提供一种结构简单，成本低的实用新型虾类加工工具，该剪刀可用一般的剪刀(图1)通过带凹凸型的模具，经冲床分别对一般剪刀的两片刀片的端部进行冲压，形成一种带“U”型口的剪刀，除虾肚肠时，将剪刀的端部“U”型口对准虾肚如图4.图5.可以方便快捷剪除虾肚肠，不会弄伤手指，又能提高工作效率，对食品卫生和加工呈现一定的优越性。

图1为一般剪刀；图2、图3是一般剪刀剪除虾肚的过程；图4、图5、为除虾肚子剪刀除虾肚肠的过程；图6为剪口的尺寸。
5.具体实施方式：
本实用新型是这样实现的，可以将一般剪刀刀片端部在模具上分二次冲压，使剪刀的刀片形成“U”型剪口，也可以将刀片先冲压成“U”剪口，然后组装形成。该剪刀剪口具体尺寸由附图说明书中图6提供。剪刀的“U”型剪口可以适当增大或缩小。“U”型底的弧型要求平顺，两片刀片紧密合拢使其锋利。
