技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转接卡组合,特别是指一种与光碟机连接的转接卡组合。
背景技术
人们可从光碟机中得到想要的数据,为了能更广、更快捷地利用数据资源,往往把光碟机直接接到数据接收设备上。随着电子技术的不断发展,元件的接口类型也越来越多样化,在传输数据时,因元件接口不一致,不能很方便快捷地利用起来,于是在它们之间增加转接卡,它的作用就是当两接口不匹配时通过转接使其仍能实现正常工作。
目前在市面有厚度为12.7毫米和9.5毫米这两种光碟机,前者被广泛的利用在中低档的笔记本电脑领域中,后者被广泛的利用在高档的笔记本电脑领域中。通常,与光碟机相配合的转接卡设计为“立式”的,即在一块电路板的上下两个端面上分别设置一与光碟机接口相对应的接口和一转接口。这种“立式”的转接卡高度较大、占用空间较多。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种高度较小、占用空间较少的转接卡。
一种转接卡组合,其包括一具有一顶端面的光碟机和一与该光碟机相连接的转接卡,该转接卡包括一本体,该本体上设有一与该光碟机相连接的接口和一与该接口类型不同的转接口,该转接卡与该光碟机连接后,该转接卡的本体与该光碟机的顶端面平行。
相对于现有技术,该转接卡设计为“躺式”的,即该转接卡与该光碟机连接好后,该转接卡的本体与该光碟机的顶端面平行,这种转接卡高度较小、占用空间较少。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,该转接卡组合包括一固定支架2、一转接卡3和一光碟机4。该固定支架2可将该转接卡3固定于该光碟机4上。
该光碟机4具有两侧壁42,所述两侧壁42上都设有螺孔421,该光碟机4还具有一后端面43和一顶端面44,该后端面43上设有接口431。在本实施例中该光碟机的厚度为9.5毫米。
该固定支架2包括一顶壁21、沿该顶壁21的两侧边缘分别垂直向下延伸出两侧壁23、24。该顶壁21和两侧壁23、24形成可收容该转接卡3的容置空间。该顶壁21向内凸伸两圆形凹槽212,每一凹槽212上都开有一螺孔2125。该两侧壁23、24分别向后方向延伸适当的距离而各形成一延伸部分232、242,在该两延伸部分232、242的末端对应该光碟机4上的螺孔421分别设有一螺孔2323、2423。
该转接卡3具有一矩形本体37,在该本体37上对应该固定支架2上两螺孔2125设有两螺孔31,在每一螺孔31和该固定支架2之间都设有加强稳定性的螺柱33,每一螺柱33上都设有一螺孔333,该螺柱33底部为半球形且可容置于该螺孔31内。该本体37上设有一与该光碟机4的接口431相配合的接口32和一转接口,在本实施例中该转接口为一IDE(Integrated DriveFlectronics)接口38。该接口32包括一固定部分321和一接口部分323,该IDE接口38也包括一固定部分381和一接口部分383,该接口32的固定部分321和该IDE接口38的固定部分381固定在该本体37的两侧且相互对应,该接口32的接口部分323和该IDE接口38的接口部分383的方向相反且都平行于该本体37。
请参照图2,组装该转接卡组合时,先把两螺柱33分别安装于该转接卡3上的对应螺孔31内,然后把该转接卡3水平推入该固定支架2中的收容空间内直到该螺柱33上的螺孔333与该固定支架2上螺孔2125相对应,通过螺丝实现该固定支架2与该转接卡3的固定且使其成为一整体,移动该整体使该转接卡3上的接口32与该光碟机4上的接口431对应卡紧,该固定支架2上的螺孔2323、2423与该光碟机4上的螺孔421对应紧靠放置,最后通过螺丝实现与光碟机4的固定,此时,该转接卡3的本体37与该光碟机4的顶端面44平行。取下时,只需旋下对应的螺丝即可。

Claims (6)

1.一种转接卡组合,其包括一具有一顶端面的光碟机和一与该光碟机相连接的转接卡,该转接卡包括一本体,该本体上设有一与该光碟机相连接的接口和一与该接口类型不同的转接口,其特征在于:该转接卡与该光碟机连接后,该转接卡的本体与该光碟机的顶端面平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的转接卡组合,其特征在于:该接口和该转接口相互对应设在该本体一端的两侧处,该转接口为一IDE接口,该接口和该IDE接口方向相反且都平行于该本体。
3.如权利要求1所述的转接卡组合,其特征在于:该转接卡组合还包括一个一端固定于该光碟机上并可容置及锁固该转接卡的固定支架。
4.如权利要求3所述的转接卡组合,其特征在于:该固定支架包括一顶壁及自该顶壁两侧边缘垂直向下延伸出的两侧壁,该顶壁及两侧壁形成可容置该转接卡的容置空间。
5.如权利要求4所述的转接卡组合,其特征在于:该固定支架的顶壁设有一螺孔,该转接卡的本体上对应也设有一螺孔,一螺丝螺锁于该固定支架顶壁及转接卡的螺孔将该转接卡锁固于该固定支架的容置空间,该转接卡锁固于该容置空间时,其本体平行于该固定支架的顶壁。
6.如权利要求5所述的转接卡组合,其特征在于:该转接卡本体上的螺孔与该固定支架之间设有一螺柱,该螺柱底部为半球形状且容置于该转接卡本体的螺孔内。
