新电动门是现有电动门的新的技术方案。电动门是正反转电路带有上,停,下三个按钮进行操作的机电一体化产品。以关门状态为起点;按上升钮可以作到上限位的全开模式,通常进出车辆等运输工具。也可以作到上升过程中按停止按钮让电动门停在上限位到下限位任意一个点的半开操作。通常是人能出入的高度。下降过程也是同理,可以作到全关或者半关操作。在实际操作中很多情况下,人出入时作半开操作,需要按两次按钮即上升钮与停止钮的原因操作者感到麻烦。本实用新型在上限位与下限位之间设立限位器的方法半开操作时按一次按钮即可实现目的。

发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:电动门在上升过程中做半开操作时能够一步到位。
本实用新型的技术方案是:在上升过程中上下极限位SQ1,SQ3之间设置一个限位器SQ2,三个限位器各串联位置选择开关,上下限位器动合触头串联感应开关灯HL1,HL3,中间位置选择开关串联红外线灯HL2。
本实用新型的有益效果是:有效克服了传统的以上下停三个按钮组成的模式带来的耗能大,使用者感到麻烦的问题。

具体实施方案
实物生产当中上升按钮SB1与限位器开关SA1是重叠的,同理SB2与SA3也是如此,这么一来形成按钮1和3;当上下极限开关。中间位置选择开关和红外线灯HL2重叠形成按钮2;当可上可下按钮。上极限位设置与感应灯HL1联在一起的下降电路。其效果是中间位置选择按钮成了下降按钮。下极限位设置与感应灯HL3联在一起的上升电路。其效果是中间位置选择开关成了上升按钮。

Claims (1)

1.一种新电动门,包括正反转电路,设置三个按钮,一个是上升按钮,一个是下降按钮,二个限位器,一个制动器抱闸,其特征是,中间设置限位器,三个位置开关各在三个按钮上,一个红外线灯、二个感应灯互相配合指示中间按钮上下运动。
