本实用新型公开了一种污水处理脱氨连续曝气池,其特征在于采用多级连续曝气式吹脱池,每池设有曝气管组,顶部设有氨气导出管,在池内设有溢流堤和进水堰,以维持水层的高度,在进水堰中设有加热装置和调节剂加入器,以维持水温和PH值,溢流水经溢流堰侧面三个方形溢流孔进入下一级进水堰,经补偿温暖和PH值后进入曝气池。适用于各种高浓度氨氮废水的处理。

本实用新型涉及一种污水处理脱氨连续曝气池。
背景技术
高浓度氨氮废水是很难处理的工业废水之一,来源广且排放量大,在化工、化肥、石化、炼焦、制药、食品等生产部门和垃圾填埋场均产生高浓度氨氮废水。但目前国内外现有的处理方法均存在一些问题,不适于高浓度氨氮废水的处理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种可以处理高浓度氨氮废水的污水处理脱氨连续曝气池。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案为:
在本实用新型中,采用多级连续曝气式吹脱池,每池设有曝气管组,顶部设有氨气导出管,在池内设有溢流堤和进水堰,以维持水层的高度,在进水堰中设有加热装置和调节剂加入器,以维持水温和PH值,溢流水经溢流堰侧面三个方形溢流孔进入下一级进水堰,经补偿温暖和PH值后进入曝气池。
曝气池连接采用方管弹性连接,曝气池外加温层保温,曝气池内温度和PH经在线监测显示。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型采用多级污水处理方式,实现了对高浓度氨氮废水的处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做具体说明:
如图1所示,1为污水进水管,2、6、10为曝气管组,4、8、12为加热装置,3、7、11为排污管,5、9为方管弹性连接装置。在本实用新型中,采用多级连续曝气式吹脱池,每池分别设有曝气管组2、6、10。如图2所示,1为进水管,13为调节剂加入器,14为氨气导气管。顶部设有氨气导气管14,在池内设有溢流堤和进水堰,以维持水层的高度,在进水堰中设有加热装置和调节剂加入器13,以维持水温和PH值,溢流水经溢流堰侧面三个方形溢流孔进入下一级进水堰,经补偿温暖和PH值后进入曝气池。如图3所示,15为短节,16为进气主管,17为进气支管,18为管堵,19为管箍。
曝气池连接采用方管弹性连接,曝气池外加温层保温,曝气池内温度和PH经在线监测显示。
氨氮废水从首池进入,并在每级曝光池脱氨,气体氨通过氨气导气管14及时引出吹脱系统,经部分脱氨的废水从上一级吹脱池依次流入下一级吹脱池,连续进行若干次吹脱。

1.一种污水处理脱氨连续曝气池,其特征在于采用多级连续曝气式吹脱池,每池设有曝气管组,顶部设有氨气导出管,在池内设有溢流堤和进水堰,以维持水层的高度,在进水堰中设有加热装置和调节剂加入器,以维持水温和PH值,溢流水经溢流堰侧面三个方形溢流孔进入下一级进水堰,经补偿温暖和PH值后进入曝气池。
