本实用新型涉及电除尘器的振打系统中的组合振打锤，它由锤头1，一对夹板2，铆钉5、5a组成，其特征在于铆钉5、5a中分别设有耐磨衬套4和轴套3，耐磨衬套4与锤头1的轴孔呈间隙配合，耐磨衬套的长度大于锤头1的厚度。上述结构中所设置的耐磨衬套4使锤头1与销轴5之间产生相对转动，改善了锤头受力点单一的缺点，延长了上述各部件的使用寿命，采用铆钉作轴销，可以不用点焊，同时又避免轴销产生断裂现象。

本实用新型涉及电除尘器的振打系统中的组合振打锤。
技术背景
现有的电除尘器的振打系统中的振打锤，主要由锤头、夹板和销轴组成，夹板的一端用销轴联接一个锤头，销轴与夹板点焊固定，夹板的另一端由螺栓连接并与夹板点焊固定。该结构由于轴销、螺栓与夹板点焊固定，使点焊处金相组织发生变化，使用中易产生断裂现象；该结构还存在夹板将锤头夹死的现象，导致锤头转动效果不好，锤头轴孔与销轴的结合处摩擦较大，锤头受力点单一，使整体振打效果不好。针对上述问题经检索尚未发现相关的技术解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为克服已有技术中的振打锤存在的锤头不易转动、受力点单一、销轴易产生断裂的缺陷而设计的一种新型组合振打锤。
本实用新型具体方案如下：
一种组合振打锤，它包括一对夹板，夹板一端用销轴连接一个锤头、夹板的另一端连接一个销轴，其特征在于：锤头与销轴之间设有一耐磨衬套，耐磨衬套的长度大于锤头的厚度。夹板的另一端连接的销轴上设有一个轴套，轴套上设有开口槽。所述的轴销采用铆钉，可以不用点焊，同时又不易产生断裂现象。
由于采用了上述技术方案，所设置的耐磨衬套和轴套，使销轴与锤头之间以及销轴与旋转臂之间产生相对转动，使结合处的表面磨擦所产生的损耗减少，延长了上述各部件的使用寿命，同时锤头与振打物的接触点每次都在改变，改善了锤头受力点单一的缺点，延长了锤头的寿命，提高了振打效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型由锤头1，一对夹板2，铆钉(销轴)5、5a组成，在铆钉(销轴)5上设有一耐磨材料制做的耐磨衬套4，它与锤头1的轴孔间隙配合，使得锤头1可以自由转动，同时耐磨衬套4的长度大于锤头1的厚度，使得夹板2不与锤头1接触。在夹板2上部连接的铆钉(销轴)5a上设有一个开口的轴套3，如图1和图3所示。
上述结构中所设置的轴套3和耐磨衬套4使它们与铆钉(销轴)5、5a之间产生相对转动，使结合处的表面磨擦所产生的损耗减少，改善了锤头受力点单一的缺点，延长了上述各部件的使用寿命，同时锤头与振打物的钢性接触时间长，改善了振打效果。所述的轴销5、5a采用铆钉可以不用点焊，同时又不易产生断裂现象。

1.一种组合振打锤，它包括一对夹板，夹板一端用销轴连接一个锤头、夹板的另一端连接一个销轴，其特征在于：锤头与销轴之间设有一耐磨衬套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合振打锤，其特征在于：耐磨衬套的长度大于的锤头的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合振打锤，其特征在于：夹板的另一端连接的销轴上设有一个轴套。
