Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种全熔型屏蔽电泵,包括泵体、叶轮、前轴承座、后轴承座、定子、石墨轴承、推力盘在内的结构,轴承座固定在定子后法兰上,前轴承座固定在定子前法兰上,定子前法兰与定子后法兰之间固定有定子壳,设在转子两端的推力盘与石墨轴承相配合。这种结构特别适合于小功率的电泵,因为它产生的轴向力很小,具有结构简单,体积小、重量轻、无故障运行时间长。

全熔型屏蔽电泵
一、技术领域:
本实用新型全熔型屏蔽电泵,涉及电泵设计制造技术领域。应用于冷却系统和空调系统里的液体循环以及供水增压和水循环。
二、背景技术:
目前,市场上普遍采用的空调泵都是带两个密封垫的普通结构。前轴承座和电机、泵体和电机以及电机和后轴承座都是通过螺栓联结起来的。这种结构要求我们电泵的联结法兰有相当的厚度,这就增加了整个机组的重量,同时也使机组体积比较大,而螺栓的端部也会占用相对较大的空间。现在空调生产厂家为了减轻整个空调机组的重量以及缩小机组所占的空间,对配套的小功率电泵,要求结构简单,体积小、重量轻,无故障运行时间长。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,符合市场需求而设计的一种全焊接方式的全熔型屏蔽电泵。这种结构形式的泵,包括泵体、叶轮、前轴承座、后轴承座、定子、转子、定子壳在内的结构,其特征为:后轴承座固定在定子后法兰上,前轴承座固定在定子前法兰上,定子前法兰与定子后法兰之间固定有定子壳,定子前法兰、定子后法兰的外径65~126mm范围内,厚度在6~11mm范围内,前轴承座的止口部分为70~101mm,设在转子两端的推力盘与石墨轴承相配合。实施该技术后的明显效果是:这种结构特别适合于小功率的电泵,因为它产生的轴向力很小,结构简单,体积小、重量轻、无故障运行时间长。

五、具体实施方式:
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述
见附图1,转子(10)两端分别设有推力盘(6),将石墨轴承(7)分别压入前轴承座(2)、后轴承座(9)内,将后轴承座(9)焊接在定子后法兰(8)上,将转子(10)从定子(11)前端装入定子(11),前轴承座(2)焊接在定子前法兰(5)上,两石墨轴承(7)之间活络固定转子(10),泵体(4)内的叶轮(3)固定在转子(10)的前端,泵体(4)焊接在定子前法兰(5)上,设在定子后法兰(8)与定子前法兰(5)之间的定子壳(12)分别与定子后法兰(8)、定子前法兰(5)焊接固定,出线盒(1)固定在定子壳(12)外的一侧通过导线与定子(11)连接。
当定子(11)通电后,产生旋转磁场,带动转子(10)转动,转子(10)带动泵体(4)内的叶轮(3)转动,设在转子(10)两端的推力盘(6)与石墨轴承(7)相配合,作为轴向窜动的磨擦副,NP全熔型屏蔽电泵进入正常的工作状态。

Claims (5)

1.一种全熔型屏蔽电泵,包括泵体(4)、叶轮(3)、前轴承座(2)、后轴承座(9)、定子(11)、转子(10)、定子壳(12)在内的结构,其特征为:后轴承座(9)固定在定子后法兰(8)内,前轴承座(2)固定在定子前法兰(5)内,定子前法兰(5)与定子后法兰(8)之间固定有定子壳(12),设在转子(10)两端的推力盘(6)与石墨轴承(7)相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全熔型屏蔽电泵,其特征在于:定子前法兰(5)的外径70~126mm范围内,厚度在6~11mm范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全熔型屏蔽电泵,其特征在于:定子后法兰(8)的外径65~100mm范围内,厚度在5~8mm范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全熔型屏蔽电泵,其特征在于:前轴承座(2)的止口部分在70~101mm范围内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全熔型屏蔽电泵,其特征在于:定子壳(12)的外径在65~100mm范围内。
