Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种木螺丝,其主要将该杆体的长度设为45公厘(mm)以上,且该杆体并呈三角形态样,故该木螺丝锁合过程中,便可有效降低该杆体与物件间的摩擦,除可以有效提升锁合速度外,亦兼具防止镀层摩擦掉落等功效,另适时配合从该尖锥部处向上延伸有一介于该螺牙段间的第二螺牙,更增强锁合后的防松效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种螺丝设计,特别是一种锁合阻力小、防止镀层摩擦掉落及兼具防松等功效的木螺丝。
背景技术
习知螺丝依锁设材质的不同而有所区分,即如锁设木材的木螺丝,以及锁设钢铁材质的螺丝等;就以木螺丝而论,参阅图1,该木螺丝1包含有一螺头11,一设于螺头11上且呈圆杆状的杆体12,以及复数螺旋环设于该杆体12上的螺牙13;故锁合时,利用该螺牙13逐渐旋锁进入物件2,进而达到锁合定位的效果。
然而,在实际使用后发现,该木螺丝1仍有未臻完善之处,兹详述如下:
1.锁合费力且镀层易剥落:
由于锁合过程中,该杆体12会与该物件2紧密接触且产生摩擦,除因摩擦力影响而造成锁合过程较费力外,并且该木螺丝1于制造完成时,通常都会于该螺丝1表面镀上一层防锈的镀层,而该镀层极易受到摩擦而脱落,影响该木螺丝1的防锈效果,更甚者,当该螺丝1的镀层为一绝缘涂料时,则该镀层的脱落会导致漏电情形产生,影响使用安全。
2.容易松脱
由于该木螺丝1锁合后,容易受到震动等因素影响,而使该木螺丝1极易产生松退现象,实有待改进。
再就锁设钢铁材质的螺丝而论,参阅图2,该螺丝3包含有一螺头31,一设于螺头31上且呈三角形的杆体32,以及复数螺旋环设该杆体32上的螺牙33;惟,鉴于该习知螺丝3受限于现有制造技术影响下,所以该螺丝3所成型的三角形杆体32长度较短,最多为40公厘(mm)以下而已,并且该螺丝的螺牙33为牙距呈紧密状态,以及该杆体32的自由端为一端面321,故使用上与习知木螺丝1的使用及构造上完全不同,因此前述的螺丝3与木螺丝1截然不可等同而论。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种木螺丝,其具有降低锁合的摩擦力产生,除增加锁合速度外,亦兼具防止镀层摩擦掉落与防松等功效。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种木螺丝,其包含有一螺头,一设于螺头上的杆体,以及复数螺旋环设于该杆体上的螺牙;该杆体的长度为45mm以上,且该杆体并呈三角形态样,同时该杆体的自由端上形成有一尖锥部。
该每一螺牙成三角形态样。
该杆体上于该螺牙与螺头间,增设有一无牙区。
所述的木螺丝,由该尖锥部处另向上延伸有一介于该螺牙段间的第二螺牙,且该第二螺牙螺旋环设于该杆体上。
该第二螺牙亦呈三角形态样。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型将木螺丝的杆体设为45mm以上,且该杆体并呈三角形态样,因此该木螺丝锁合时,便可有效降低摩擦阻力,以提升锁合速度,亦兼具防止镀层摩擦掉落功效,另再适时配合该尖锥部处另向上延伸有一介于该螺牙段间的第二螺牙,且该第二螺牙系螺旋环设于该杆体上,更增强锁合后的防松效果。
更具体而言,将本实用新型与习知作一比较,当可得知本实用新型确实具有以下所列的优点与功效:
1.锁合省力
由于锁合时该杆体系以三角形为主,因此当该木螺丝进行锁合时,该杆体与物件接触面积便得以减少,影响所及便系摩擦力亦得以随之降低,于是该木螺丝锁合时除较为省力外,对于涂附于该木螺丝的镀层亦不会有脱落之虞,而使该镀层所欲发挥的防锈或绝缘等功效,更加突显;当然,若适时辅以螺牙亦呈三角形设计,则该木螺丝锁合时的省力及镀层稳固等效果更加卓越。
2.不易松脱
由于该杆体可达到45公厘(mm)以上,因此锁合时具有更多的容屑空间以供切屑容置,除可增加该木螺丝的紧固力外,另再适时配合该第二螺牙的设置,于是当该物件受震动时所产生的防松效果亦越加显著。

参阅图3,其为本实用新型所述木螺丝5的一较佳实施例,其包含有一螺头51,一设于螺头51上的杆体52,以及复数螺旋环设于该杆体52上的螺牙53;其中,该杆体52的长度为45公厘(mm)以上,且该杆体52并呈三角形态样,同时该杆体52的自由端521上形成有一尖锥部522,再者,该每一螺牙53亦成三角形态样,且该杆体52上于该螺牙53与螺头52间,另行增设有一无牙区54,配合参阅图4,该尖锥部522处另向上延伸有一介于该螺牙53段间的第二螺牙55,且该第二螺牙55螺旋环设于该杆体52上,前述该第二螺牙55亦呈三角形态样。
参阅图3及图5,该木螺丝5锁合时,先将该尖锥部522顶掣于一物件6上,并施予该螺头51一旋转扭力,以便该螺牙53与第二螺牙55同步螺入该物件4内,此时由于该杆体52、螺牙53与第二螺牙55分别呈三角形态样,故该木螺丝5便可借三角形的尖端处切削该物件6,以使该杆体52、螺牙53与物件6间的接触面积得以减少,相对地,其锁合过程产生的摩擦阻力相对降低,除使锁合过程更为省力外,并且该木螺丝5于制造时所镀上的镀层,亦因该摩擦阻力降低下,而使该镀层因摩擦产生脱落现象降至没有,故该镀层可因涂覆的涂料具有防锈或绝缘等功效时,相对地可确实使该木螺丝5达到防锈、绝缘等效果,再加上该螺牙53于切削该物件6后,其与物件6间产生的容屑空间61大幅增加,以及该木螺丝5的杆体52可达到45公厘(mm)以上,于是切削产生的切屑便可大量的积存于该容屑空间61,进一步增加该木螺丝5的紧固力,同时再适时辅以该第二螺牙55的配合设置,于是当该物件6受震动时所产生的防松效果亦越加显著。
归纳前述,本实用新型借由杆体的长度为45公厘(mm)以上,且该杆体或螺牙等并呈三角形态样,因此该木螺丝锁合时,便可有效降低摩擦阻力,除可以有效提升锁合速度外,亦兼具防止镀层掉落的等功效,另再配合该尖锥部处另延伸有复数介于该复数螺牙间的第二螺牙,是以该木螺丝更可借此增加使防松脱效果越加显著,故确实能达到本实用新型的目的。
惟以上所述,仅为说明本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即大凡依本实用新型权利要求及新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种木螺丝,其包含有一螺头,一设于螺头上的杆体,以及复数螺旋环设于该杆体上的螺牙;其特征在于:该杆体的长度为45mm以上,且该杆体并呈三角形态样,同时该杆体的自由端上形成有一尖锥部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该每一螺牙成三角形态样。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该杆体上于该螺牙与螺头间,增设有一无牙区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:由该尖锥部处另向上延伸有一介于该螺牙段间的第二螺牙,且该第二螺牙螺旋环设于该杆体上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该第二螺牙亦呈三角形态样。
