Abstract
太阳能热水器集热管防漏水换热管，属太阳能热水器集热管用防漏水换热管的设计与制造技术领域。其换热管体为锥形或竹节形，底部有封堵帽，在进水口外周带有密封圈。本产品的使用是将其装置于热水器的真空集热管内。水注入换热管体内，由于换热管体盛水要比真空管的盛水量少。因此温度上升快，换热速度快。热量不会散失，提高热效率。另外，因上水冷热差大或重物碰击真空管破裂时，因为真空管内没有水所以不会造成储水箱或集热器联结箱的水全部漏掉。减少水的浪费。锥形管体或竹节形管体是防止冬季连续无阳光天气结冰胀裂管体的情况发生。本产品结构简单，设计巧妙。

本实用新型属用于太阳能热水器集热管内的防漏水换热管的设计与制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前人们生活中使用的太阳能热水器都是集热真空管直热式，由集热管上的吸热膜吸收太阳光能使管中的水升温。但现使用的集热管的缺点是盛水多，升温慢，换热效率低。这样一来，太阳能热水器对储水箱内的水加热速度慢。另外，真空集热管为玻璃制，较为脆弱，因此当上水冷热差大或重物碰击等情况发生时很容易破碎，这样就会使储水箱或集热器连接箱中的水全部漏掉，造成热水器或集热工程停机和大量水的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种置于集热真空管内，既可起到使储水箱中水的温度上升加快，增加热循环速度，又能够保证真空管破碎时不会造成大量水流失的防漏水换热管，使太阳能热水器的结构和功能更加完善。本实用新型的结构如附图所示：换热管体为锥形(如图1所示)或竹节形(如图2所示)。在管体的底部有一封堵帽。在管体的上部带有密封管头。管头的上部有进水口。在进水口外周带有耐高温密封圈。换热管体为金属制。本实用新型的使用方法是将管体放置于真空集热管内。进水口与储水箱内胆插管口通过耐高温密封圈密封联结。上水时，水注入换热管体内。当真空集热管吸热，将真空管内温度升高，由真空管内的热量对换热管体加温。由于换热管体内的水相对真空管内盛水量少得多，因此加热速度快，冷热水循环速度也加快。提高了加热速度。另外，即使上水冷热差大，由于水是在金属换热管内换热，不会造成真空玻璃管碎裂。再有，重物碰击真空管等情况下造成真空管破裂时，因为真空管内没有水，所以不会造成漏水。当冬季连续几天无阳光照射，如果管体内的水结冰，因为锥形管体上大下小，水温上高下低，管内冰向上膨胀，高出进水口，所以不会将管体胀裂。竹节形管体因为金属的弹性，也是为防止结冰膨胀而在管体细处留出膨胀余地。也不会将管体由于结冰而胀裂。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，装置在真空管内不仅提高了换热效果，还会防止真空管因意外碎裂造成大量水的流失。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构如附图所示：换热管体(4)为金属制，为锥形或竹节形。在换热管体的底部有一封堵帽(5)。在换热管体上部有一密封管头(3)，在管头的上部有一进水口(1)。在进水口外周有一耐高温密封圈(2)。密封管头与换热管体为焊接联结。

1.太阳能热水器集热管防漏水换热管，其特征在于：在换热管体(4)的底部有一封堵帽(5)，在换热管体上部有一密封管头(3)，在密封管头的上部有一进水口(1)，在进水口外周有一耐高温密封圈(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换热管，其特征在于所涉及的换热管体(4)为锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的换热管，其特征在于所涉及的换热管体(4)也可以为竹节形。
