Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种风机，其包括风室外壳，设在风室外壳内的风轮，带动风轮的电机及安装电机的机壳；特点是：其还包括设在风室外壳与机壳之间的隔热防护网及设在隔热防护网内的对电机散热的散热叶轮，叶轮与上述风轮同轴并由电机带动，在隔热防护网上开有空气对流孔。由于有散热叶轮对电机进行散热，因此其工作温度不会影响电机，电机可以在正常的环境温度下工作，不易损坏，该风机可以用于热循环。

本实用新型涉及一种风机。
背景技术
现有的风机，其包括风室外壳，设在风室外壳内的风轮，带动风轮的电机及安装电机的机壳、前端盖；机壳直接安装在风室外壳上。当该风机用于热循环时，其工作温度较高，此时电机的温度也较高，容易损坏电机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种可以用于热循环的风机，且该温度不会影响电机的，不会损坏电机。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的，其是一种风机，包括风室外壳，设在风室外壳内的风轮，带动风轮的电机及安装电机的机壳和前端盖；其特征在于：其还包括设在风室外壳与机壳之间的隔热防护网及设在隔热防护网内的对电机散热的散热叶轮，叶轮与上述风轮同轴并由电机带动，在隔热防护网上开有空气对流孔。
在所述的前端盖上设有与隔热防护网相通的孔。
在所述的隔热防护网上设有三根连接支架，三根螺栓分别穿过风室外壳、连接支架及机壳并将三者固定连接。
在所述的机壳的后端部上设有通风孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点为，由于有散热叶轮对电机进行散热，因此其工作温度不会影响电机，电机可以在正常的环境温度下工作，不易损坏，该风机可以用于热循环。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步详述：
如图1、2所示，其是一种风机，包括风室外壳1，设在风室外壳内的风轮2，带动风轮的电机5，安装电机的机壳4，设在风室外壳2与机壳4之间的隔热防护网3，设在隔热防护网内的对电机散热的散热叶轮6。散热叶轮与风轮1同轴并由电机5带动；在隔热防护网上开有空气对流孔31；在机壳的前端设有前端盖41，在前端盖41上设有与隔热防护网3相通的孔411，在机壳4的后端部上设有通风孔42；在隔热防护网3上设有连接风室2与机壳4的三根支架8，三根螺栓7分别穿过风室外壳1、支架8及机壳4并将三者固定连接。
使用时，当风机工作，电机5带动风轮2转动的同时也带动叶轮6转动，叶轮6将冷空气从对流孔31吸入后对电机进行散热。

1.一种风机，其包括风室外壳，设在风室外壳内的风轮，带动风轮的电机及安装电机的机壳；其特征在于：其还包括设在风室外壳(1)与机壳(4)之间的隔热防护网(3)及设在隔热防护网内的对电机散热的散热叶轮(6)，叶轮与上述风轮(2)同轴并由电机(5)带动，在隔热防护网上开有空气对流孔(31)，在前端盖(41)上设有与隔热防护网(3)相通的孔(411)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机，其特征在于：在隔热防护网(3)上设有三根支架(8)，三根螺栓(7)分别穿过风室外壳(1)、支架(8)及机壳(4)并将三者固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风机，其特征在于：在机壳(4)的后端部上设有通风孔(42)。
