本实用新型涉及一种电饭锅的开盖装置。
背景技术
目前，市场上常见的电饭锅开盖装置通常采用翻盖式，其结构由设置在锅盖上的销轴、铰链弹簧及设在锅体上的铰链座和铰链盖组成。铰链弹簧安装在销轴上，其两端顶压在内盖和锅体上。可是，这种结构的开盖装置中，由于铰链弹簧的弹力较大，锅盖打开过程中安装座及铰链座受力较大，使锅体在打开过程中其前端跳起，若安装座及铰链座强度不足，在长时间使用后将会出现变形、折断的现象，大大影响了电饭锅的正常使用。因而现有开盖装置的材料厚度都设置偏大，浪费了大量的材料，且锅体在使用中跳起会流出大量的物料，使用十分麻烦。一般解决的方法是减少弹簧的弹力，以减少开盖时弹簧对安装座及铰链座的应力。然而，减少了弹簧的弹力，使用一段时间后弹簧会出现松弛现象，造成弹簧的弹力不足以弹开锅盖。因此现有的电饭锅开盖装置结构仍有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种使用寿命长、可减少弹簧对电饭锅锅盖和锅体造成的应力的电饭锅开盖装置。
本实用新型的发明目的是这样实现的：一种电饭锅开盖装置，包括设在锅盖上的销轴、铰链弹簧及设在锅体上的铰链座和铰链盖，其特征在于：所述铰链弹簧上设有软质弹性件。
所述铰链盖上开有缓冲槽。
所述软质弹性件为硅胶管。
所述软质弹性件为橡胶管。
所述软质弹性件设于锅盖与锅体之间。
本实用新型对现有技术的电饭锅的开盖装置进行改进，在铰链弹簧上设置软质弹性件。通过弹性件对铰链弹簧在工作时的缓冲，大大减少了开盖时铰链弹簧对铰链座和铰链盖的应力，达到平稳开盖的目的，因此铰链座和铰链盖的使用寿命较长。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据图1所示，本实用新型的电饭锅的开盖装置主要由销轴1、铰链弹簧2、铰链座3及铰链盖4组成。其中销轴1安装在锅盖上，铰链弹簧2设置在销轴1上，且其两端分别顶压在锅盖和锅体上；而铰链座3和铰链盖4则设置在锅体上；为了减少锅盖打开时铰链弹簧2对铰链座3及铰链盖4的应力，在铰链弹簧2上设有软质弹性件5，软质弹性件5还可以设置于锅盖与锅体之间。软质弹性件5可以是硅胶管，也可以是橡胶管。为了加大软质弹性件5的缓冲作用，铰链盖4上开有缓冲槽6，铰链弹簧2在锅盖打开时可顶进缓冲槽6内，进一步减少铰链弹簧2对铰链座3及铰链盖4的应力。本实用新型的电饭锅的开盖装置通过软质弹性件5对铰链弹簧2在工作时的缓冲，大大减少了开盖时铰链弹簧2对铰链座3和铰链盖4的应力，达到平稳开盖的目的，因此铰链座3和铰链盖4的使用寿命较长。

1.一种电饭锅开盖装置，包括设在锅盖上的销轴(1)、铰链弹簧(2)及设在锅体上的铰链座(3)和铰链盖(4)，其特征在于：所述铰链弹簧(2)上设有软质弹性件(5)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的电饭锅开盖装置，其特征在于：所述软质弹性件(5)为硅胶管。
