本实用新型涉及机电类,特别涉及一种弹性端子结构改良。
背景技术
如附图1所示,一般常用的用于导通电力的导通端子A,其与供电元件作接合的动作,以达到导通电力的目的,但导通端子A的本体A1在制程时,须先依其本体A1另行开模,耗费成本,且其加工步骤繁琐麻烦;再者,本体A1在长时间使用后,易形成本体A1的弹性疲乏,而造成各导通端子A的导通点不平整,并与供电元件形成导通不良之虑,需要加以改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种弹性端子结构改良,解决了常用端子须另行开模,浪费成本,加工步骤繁琐,易造成弹性疲乏与导通不良的麻烦等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:弹性端子包含一延展部,该延展部延伸有对称的嵌固体,该延展部一侧延伸有焊接部,该焊接部延伸有供电性导通的焊接片,其中,延展部另一侧延伸有弹性部,该弹性部延伸有螺旋体,该螺旋体延伸有电性导通点,藉由螺旋体的弹性压缩,使导通件得以紧压于电性导通点,且可降低制程的成本与降低弹性疲乏;弹性端子装设在可进行导通且可供嵌固的基座上,该弹性端子的嵌固体配合连接于基座的卡槽,以达到正常导通的功效;弹性部延伸于延展部,且由延展部的平面作一加工挤压,形成一具有弹性压缩的螺旋体,以有效缩短其加工时间且节省开模的成本;螺旋体可设为环形螺旋体、矩形螺旋体及椭圆形螺旋体等相关可经加工挤压而成的螺旋体。
本实用新型的优点在于:节省成本,缩短加工步骤,降低弹性疲乏的麻烦,实用性强。

具体实施方式:
如附图2所示,本实用新型弹性端子B包括有延展部C、焊接部D及弹性部E所构成,延展部C的平面延伸有相互对应的嵌固体C1,该延展部C的一侧延伸有焊接部D,该焊接部D延伸有供电性导通的焊接片D1,延展部C另一侧延伸有冲压加工形成的弹性部E,并由弹性部E冲压延伸有螺旋体E1,该螺旋体E1延伸有供电力导通的电性导通点E2,藉由螺旋体E1的弹性压缩与冲压形成的弹性部E,使导通件得以紧压于电性导通点E2,且可降低制程的成本与降低弹性疲乏的麻烦。
如附图2及附图3所示,弹性端子B装设在可进行导通且可供嵌固的基座F上,基座F内设置有一个或一个以上的容置空间F1,以供装置弹性端子B,且基座F对应于容置空间F1处设有对应的卡槽F2,该卡槽F2在弹性端子B装设于容置空间F1时,稳固卡合其延展部C延伸相互对应的嵌固体C1,使其弹性端子B可固定设置在基座F的容置空间F1,以达到稳定不晃动的功效,其中,延展部C另一侧延伸有冲压加工形成的弹性部E,并由弹性部E冲压延伸有螺旋体E1,该螺旋体E1延伸有供电力导通的电性导通点E2,藉由螺旋体E1的弹性压缩与冲压形成的弹性部E,使弹性端子B得以达到导通的功效,且可降低制程的成本与降低弹性疲乏的麻烦。
如附图4至附图6所示,装设有弹性端子B的基座F可放置在手机壳体G内,藉由弹性端子B的稳固卡合于基座F,弹性部E延伸有螺旋体E1,该螺旋体E1延伸有供电力导通的电性导通点E2,并藉由螺施体E1的弹性压缩,使对应手机壳体G的导通件G1得以紧压于电性导通点E2,以达到有效导通电力的功效,螺旋E1可设为环形螺旋体、矩形螺旋体及椭圆形螺旋体等相关可经加工挤压而成的螺旋体。

1.一种弹性端子结构改良,弹性端子包含一延展部,该延展部延伸有对称的嵌固体,该延展部一侧延伸有焊接部,该焊接部延伸有供电性导通的焊接片,其特征在于:延展部另一侧延伸有弹性部,该弹性部延伸有螺旋体,该螺旋体延伸有电性导通点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性端子结构改良,其特征在于:所说的弹性端子装设在基座上,该弹性端子的嵌固体配合连接于基座的卡槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性端子结构改良,其特征在于:所说的螺旋体设为环形螺旋体、矩形螺旋体及椭圆形螺旋体。
