本实用新型涉及一种在化工厂对活性炭进行过滤时使用的滤布进行清洗的环保型的滤布清洗装置。
背景技术
在化工厂中，活性炭的脱色过滤是精细化工生产常用的去除杂质方法，而对活性炭进行过滤时需要使用滤布，对滤布的清洗占去大量的劳动量，另外，清洗时要耗用大量的清水，在水资源日益紧张的今天，节约用水，循环利用是每一个公民的责任和义务，做到水的多次回收利用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种可节约大量的劳动量和大量清水的滤布清洗装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括洗水收集池，在洗水收集池中通过带喷水孔的中空支撑柱安装有转动滤布支架，活性炭沉淀池与洗水收集池相接通，集水池与活性炭沉淀池相接通，集水池通过冲洗用离心泵和阀门分别与带钢丝软管喷头和带喷水孔的中空支撑柱接通。
在转动滤布支架上方设置有航吊。转动滤布支架通过轴承安装在带喷水孔的中空支撑柱上。
本实用新型具有操作方便、环保节能、可节约大量的劳动量和大量清水的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型包括洗水收集池3，在洗水收集池3中通过带喷水孔11的中空支撑柱4安装有转动滤布支架2，活性炭沉淀池5与洗水收集池3相接通，集水池6与活性炭沉淀池5相接通，集水池6通过冲洗用离心泵7和阀门8分别与带钢丝软管喷头9和带喷水孔的中空支撑柱4接通。
在转动滤布支架2上方设置有航吊1。转动滤布支架2通过轴承12安装在带喷水孔11的中空支撑柱4上。
把需要清洗的滤布通过航吊1吊起下落放置在可转动滤布支架2上，脱去吊钩，先进行外部清洗，手持带钢丝软管喷头，利用水的冲力使支架自动旋转。待基本冲洗干净后，用清水进行冲洗，保证清洗质量。
冲洗下来的活性炭和水由洗水收集池3进入活性炭沉淀池5使活性炭进行沉淀，沉淀后的洗水进入集水池6，循环利用，集水池水根据水质量情况，定期进行排放，进生化处理池。
支架内部滤布清洗，利用带喷水孔中空支撑柱，用集水池水进行冲洗，最后，用清水进行冲洗保证清洗质量。带喷水孔中空支撑柱，可用一钢管钻一排小孔。两端配以两个轴承，可以旋转，水从下部进入，在泵的压力下，使通过泵的喷水孔的水流获得动能，用以冲洗滤布。
清洗完毕后，滤布用吊钩吊起放入干净桶中，送往车间使用。

1.一种滤布清洗装置，包括洗水收集池(3)，其特征在于：在洗水收集池(3)中通过带喷水孔(11)的中空支撑柱(4)安装有转动滤布支架(2)，活性炭沉淀池(5)与洗水收集池(3)相接通，集水池(6)与活性炭沉淀池(5)相接通，集水池(6)通过冲洗用离心泵(7)和阀门(8)分别与带钢丝软管喷头(9)和带喷水孔的中空支撑柱(4)接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤布清洗装置，其特征在于：在转动滤布支架(2)上方设置有航吊(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤布清洗装置，其特征在于：转动滤布支架(2)通过轴承(12)安装在带喷水孔(11)的中空支撑柱(4)上。
