具体实施方式
如图1所示，翻转椅背式座具有椅子骨架1、在椅子骨架上固定有椅面2，椅面内侧边上铰连有椅背3。
使用时，椅背用铰链结构固定在椅面内侧边，要坐的时候将椅背翻开，翻开后的椅面可以用橡胶或者塑料之类的软材料。
人站起来离开时，根据跷跷板的道理，椅背会慢慢恢复与椅面叠合的状态，保持椅面和椅背的清洁。
保留了现有座椅的方便性，不喜欢麻烦或者不方便的残疾人也可以不翻开椅背按现有的公共坐椅方式来坐。
