一种增氧机,涉及池塘养殖业增氧设备领域。在浮体上有驱动电机,与电机转子共轴的中心管沉入水下,其封闭的上端与圆周均布的管道相通并相联接,圆周均布的管道中间有向下的弯道,弯道的内上管壁低于管道两边的内下管壁。增氧机启动前,弯道内存积水,旋转时积水被离心力甩出,抽吸中心管下边的水,使增氧机顺利启动工作。增氧机高速旋转使管内水抛向远处,呈颗粒状和雾状,大大增加单位容积水粒的表面积,使水的溶氧度大为提高。本实用新型结构十分简单,而且维持惯性转动耗功很少,节电约为30%-80%。

本实用新型涉及池塘养殖业增氧设备,尤其是增氧机。
背景技术
目前,公知的增氧机,有的结构复杂,有的体积大,并都有耗能高的问题。由于增氧机需长时间运转,耗能占养殖成本的相当一部分。
专利号ZL200420032578.7一种节能增氧装置的创新设计,以其结构新颖、设计巧妙、简单,较好的解决了节能问题,能大幅度降低电能的消耗,实测表明可比同类增氧机节能30%~80%。但启动时代替底阀作用的导向叶片在技术上有一定难度,尚需改进。
发明内容
为克服现有增氧机导向叶片制作上存在的困难,本实用新型提供一种增氧机,对管道进行改进,无需导向叶片,不仅制作容易,又在启动时能顺利吸水。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在浮体上有驱动电机,与电机转子共轴的中心管沉入水下,其封闭的上端与圆周均布的管道相通并相联接,圆周均布的管道中间有向下的弯道,弯道的内上管壁低于管道两边的内下管壁。增氧机启动前,弯道内存积水,旋转时积水被离心力甩出,抽吸中心管下边的水,使增氧机顺利启动工作。增氧机高速旋转使管内水抛向远处,呈颗粒状和雾状,大大增加单位容积水粒的表面积,使水的溶氧度大为提高。

具体实施方式
附图中,中心管(1)与电机转子(2)过盈紧配,中心管(1)下端沉入水下,管道(3)沿圆周均布并与中心管(1)相通相连,管道(3)向外的一端上翘,与水平面呈一夹角,管道(3)的管道中间有向下的弯道,弯道的内上管壁低于管道两边的内下管壁,即弯道的内上管壁低于平面(4),电机定子(6)固定于浮体(7)上,浮体(7)中心下面有滤网(8)防止杂物进入中心管(1)。为进一步提高增氧效果,还可以沿中心管(1)下部以外的浮体(7)内下接进水管,以吸取深水处的贫氧水。

1.一种增氧机,在浮体上有驱动电机,与电机转子共轴的中心管沉入水下,其封闭的上端与圆周均布的管道相通并相联接,其特征是:圆周均布的管道中间有向下的弯道,弯道的内上管壁低于管道两边的内下管壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增氧机,其特征是:可沿中心管下部以外的浮体内下接进水管。
