本实用新型公开了一种木螺钉锚固结构，属锚固结构。包括锚孔和木螺钉，在锚孔内充填有能相互起化学反应的装有A、B两种胶液相互隔离的胶囊，木螺钉上套有与孔径相匹配的封胶片防止胶液外溢，当木螺钉拧入锚孔内刺破胶囊时、A、B两种胶液相互起化学反应生成锚固剂将木螺钉与锚孔壁锚固在一起。优点是：结构简单，操作方便，节省锚固剂。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锚固结构，具体是一种木螺钉锚固结构。特别适用于木工制作及建筑安装。
背景技术
木工制作、建筑安装、及装饰时经常需要将螺栓、管线、设备支座等物体锚固在木头或墙体上。其锚固的方式通常是木螺钉+塑料膨胀管，或钢质膨胀螺钉。对大尺寸物件还必须在锚孔内加树脂锚固剂。通常是将A、B两种胶混合好后抹入锚孔内，其缺点是一但时间长了不用，其混合好的树脂锚固剂干枯无法使用易造成胶的浪费，且往孔内抹胶很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的上述缺点，提供一种木螺钉锚固结构。特别适用于大尺寸物件的锚固。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种木螺钉锚固结构，包括锚孔和木螺钉，其特征是：在锚孔内充填有能相互起化学反应的装有A、B两种胶液相互隔离的胶囊，木螺钉上套有与孔径相匹配的封胶片防止胶液外益，当木螺钉拧入锚孔内刺破胶囊时、A、B两种胶液相互起化学反应生成锚固剂将木螺钉与锚孔壁锚固在一起。
相隔离的A、B两种胶液为相互独立包装的两个胶囊或是中间隔离的一个胶囊。
封胶片的直径小于或等于锚孔的直径。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，操作方便，节省锚固剂。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，A、B两种胶分别装入两个独立的胶囊1、2内，将A胶囊2和B胶囊3充填入锚孔1内。木螺钉5上套有与孔径相匹配的封胶片4防止胶液外益，在本实施例中封胶片4为纸质，直径小于锚孔的直径，套在木螺钉的中部。当木螺钉拧入锚孔内刺破胶囊A、B两种胶液相互起化学反应成锚固剂将木螺钉与锚孔壁锚固在一起。
如图2所示，A、B两种胶装入一个中间隔开的有两个腔体的胶囊内，将其充填入锚孔1内。木螺钉5上套有与孔径相匹配的纸质封胶片4防止胶液外益，在本实施例中纸质封胶片4直径小于锚孔的直径，套在木螺钉的中部。当木螺钉拧入锚孔内刺破胶囊A、B两种胶液相互起化学反应成锚固剂将木螺钉与锚孔壁锚固在一起。
若使用的锚固剂量大，充满锚孔时，封胶片4直径应等于锚孔的直径，套在木螺钉的尾部。
Claims (3)
1.一种木螺钉锚固结构，包括锚孔和木螺钉，其特征是：在锚孔内充填装有能相互起化学反应的A、B两种胶液相隔离的胶囊，木螺钉上套有与孔径相匹配的封胶片，当木螺钉拧入锚孔内刺破胶囊成锚固剂将木螺钉与锚孔壁锚固在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木螺钉锚固结构，其特征是：相隔离的A、B两种胶囊为相互独立包装或是中间隔离的一个胶囊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木螺钉锚固结构，其特征是：纸质封胶片的直径小于或等于锚孔的直径。
