本实用新型是一种沥青保温箱，特别是一种安装在沥青喷洒养护车或者沥青养护机械上的沥青保温箱。
背景技术
目前，市场上已经存在种类繁多的保温箱，但适于沥青保温的保温箱结构简单的，保温效果差，保温效果好的箱体结构又太复杂且庞大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种结构简单而且保温效果好的沥青保温箱。
本实用新型的结构示意图如图所示，包括外箱体和内箱体，内箱体置于外箱体内，内箱体外壁上装设有电热圈，内箱体和外箱体间夹有保温棉，滤网安装在内箱体开口端，顶罩罩在外箱体上端。
上述外箱体上装设有沥青出口、清洗液出口和温控器，温控器伸进内箱体内。
上述顶罩上装设有空滤管接头，空滤管接头伸到内箱体内。
上述电热圈通过箱体上的电源接入口接入电源。
上述电热圈被耐高温绝缘材料包住后固定贴附在内箱体外壁上。
上述顶罩上装设有盖板总成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比其具有的有益效果是：体积小，制作容易，成本低，操作方便，结构简单而保温效果好。

本实用新型的结构示意图如图1、2所示，包括外箱体5和内箱体8，内箱体置于外箱体内，内箱体8外壁上装设有电热圈7，电热圈7通过箱体上的电源接入口9接入电源，内箱体8和外箱体5间夹有保温棉6，滤网4安装在内箱体开口端，顶罩3罩在外箱体上端，顶罩3上装设有空滤管接头1，空滤管接头伸到内箱体8内，外箱体上设有沥青出口11、清洗液出口12及温控器10，温控器10伸进内箱体8内，上述顶罩3上装设有盖板总成2。
本实施例中，上述电热圈7用耐高温绝缘材料包住后固定贴附在内箱体8外壁上。
本实用新型使用时，打开盖板总成，乳化沥青通过滤网流入内箱体，接通电源，电热圈释放热量补充乳化沥青对外散失的热量，达到保温的效果，保温棉能够更好的保温，温控器监测内箱体内沥青的温度，并通过控制电热圈的通断电来保证沥青保持在合理温度范围内。

1.一种沥青保温箱，其特征在于包括外箱体(5)和内箱体(8)，内箱体置于外箱体内，内箱体(8)外壁上装设有电热圈(7)，内箱体(8)和外箱体(5)间夹有保温棉(6)，滤网(4)安装在内箱体开口端，顶罩(3)罩在外箱体上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沥青保温箱，其特征在于上述外箱体上装设有沥青出口(11)、清洗液出口(12)和温控器(10)，温控器(10)伸进内箱体(8)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的沥青保温箱，其特征在于上述顶罩(3)上装设有空滤管接头(1)，空滤管接头(1)伸到内箱体(8)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沥青保温箱，其特征在于上述电热圈通过箱体上的电源接入口(9)接入电源。
5.根据权利要求4所述的沥青保温箱，其特征在于上述电热圈(7)被耐高温绝缘材料包住后固定贴附在内箱体(8)外壁上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沥青保温箱，其特征在于上述顶罩(3)上装设有盖板总成(2)。
