[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及隔膜泵技术领域,具体地说是一种隔膜泵的隔板。
[技术背景]
隔膜泵的膜片与隔板总是在一起构成膜片的运动,现有隔板边缘与隔板面呈直角,运动时产生很大摩擦力,容易损坏膜片,且密实的隔板运动时产生较大阻力。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,将隔板设计的更符合流体力学而发明的一种隔膜泵的隔板。
为实现上述目的,设计一种隔膜泵的隔板,其特征在于:隔板的边缘为弧形,隔板与膜片接触的一面开设导气孔。所述的导气孔至少为3个。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,隔板边缘为弧形,并且在隔板设有多个导气孔,排除空气阻力,因而更符合流体力学原理,增加膜片使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
本实用新型中隔板与膜片接触面的隔板边缘处被设计弧状,和膜片运动的形状一样,使膜片正好附在隔板上,可减少摩擦力,保护膜片,更符合流体力学原理,并且在隔板与膜片接触面上开设多个导气孔,可排除空气阻力,也可保护膜片,增加使用寿命。

1.一种隔膜泵的隔板,其特征在于:隔板的边缘为弧形,隔板与膜片接触的一面开设导气孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔膜泵的隔板,其特征在于:所述的导气孔至少为3个。
