本实用新型涉及筒状钢板放料装置。解决了现有筒状钢板下料时,钢板板面扭曲、操作劳动强度大的问题。结构设计方案是:机架上部两端分别设有轴承座,转动轴通过轴承设于轴承座上;转动轴上均布着两个内顶柱,内顶柱径向上设有三个顶爪,每个顶爪端部设有顶块;转动轴一侧外伸端上设有手动盘轮。该装置设计合理,结构简单,筒状钢板放料时与剪板机在同平面上,保证下料时钢板板面不产生扭曲。另一方面,采用该装置放料大大减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

背景技术
现有技术中,筒状钢板下料时,将成筒钢板轴向放在地上,再将钢板送入剪板机,钢板与剪板机刀口呈90度角,下料时钢板板面产生扭曲现象,另一方面,下料过程劳动强度大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种下料时钢板板面不产生扭曲的筒状钢板放料装置。
实现上述目的的设计方案如下:
筒状钢板放料装置,其特征在于:包括机架,机架上部两端分别设有轴承座,转动轴通过轴承设于轴承座上;转动轴上均布着两个内顶柱,内顶柱径向上设有三个顶爪,每个顶爪端部设有顶块;转动轴一侧外伸端上设有手动盘轮。
所述顶块上、沿顶爪方向设有调节螺钉。
本实用新型筒状钢板放料装置,设计合理,结构简单,筒状钢板放料时与剪板机在同平面上,保证下料时钢板板面不产生扭曲。另一方面,采用该装置放料大大减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图,通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
实施例:
筒状钢板放料装置包括机架6,机架6上部两端分别固定安装有轴承座3,转动轴5通过轴承2安装于轴承座3上;转动轴5上均布着两个内顶柱4,内顶柱4径向上有三个顶爪,每个顶爪端部设有顶块,顶块上、沿顶爪方向装有调节螺钉8;转动轴5一侧外伸端上安装有手动盘轮1。
使用时,将筒状钢板7套装在转动轴5的内顶柱4上,接着拧紧顶爪的顶块上的调节螺钉8,需要放料时,转动手动盘轮1即可,使放料操作既省力,又能保证钢板板面的平整。
