背景技术
涡旋式压缩机是传统活塞式压缩机的最新替代产品,而涡旋压缩机的运转主要依靠其曲轴带动动涡旋盘在偏芯轨迹上高速旋转,其曲轴的结构是否合理至关重要,尤其是动涡旋盘在高速旋转时产生的离心力,必须通过曲轴合理的连接用于平衡离心力的偏芯套,才可使涡旋压缩机运行平稳,始终处于低磨损、高运转的最佳状态。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种用于涡旋压缩机的曲轴,可达到高速旋转,运行平稳的最佳效果。
本实用新型包括曲轴和偏芯轴头以及偏芯套轴孔,所采用的技术方案是:其曲轴上方连接有一个为一体的曲轴内盘,在曲轴内盘的上方中芯设有一个偏芯套轴孔,侧面设有一个偏芯轴头。其偏芯轴头可直接驱动动涡旋盘运转,偏芯套轴孔安装用于平衡离心力的偏芯套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构科学合理,在带动动涡旋盘在偏芯轨迹上高速旋转的同时,并可通过所装的偏芯套有效平衡其产生的强大离心力,能确保涡旋压缩机的套体运转平稳,使之始终处于最佳的运行状态。

附图1实施例所示:在曲轴1的上方连接为一体的曲轴内盘2,其曲轴内盘2上方中芯设置偏芯套轴孔4,侧面设置偏芯轴头3。
附图2所示中:曲轴1安装于前盖7的中芯,曲轴1上方的曲轴内盘2上侧面偏芯轴头3与动涡旋转盘6相触,偏芯套5的中芯轴安装在曲轴内盘2上面中芯的偏芯套轴孔5中,运行时,曲轴1的偏芯轴头3带动动涡旋盘6在偏芯轨迹上高速旋转,曲轴内盘2的偏芯套轴孔4所装的偏芯套5随同旋转即可起到有效的平衡其离心力的作用。
