本实用新型涉及一种消除沼气池液面结壳的装置,特别是一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器。它由浮球1、连接棒2和旋转叶片3组成;浮球固接连接棒,连接棒下端安装旋转叶片,浮球球面设有刺针4。本实用新型利用池内沼气压力的不断变化,驱动浮球在液面做上、下运动,池内沼气与沼气池进气口进入沼气池的气体产生紊流,驱动浮球和旋转叶片做缓慢的正、反向转动,浮球球面设有的刺针对液面不断搅动,使沼气池液面不易结壳,使池内的沼气充分释放出来。本实用新型结构简单、不需要动力源、也不需要人工搅拌料液、使用方便、适用于任何形式的沼气池或罐应用。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种消除沼气池液面结壳的装置,特别是一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器。
背景技术  沼气池在使用过程中,沼气池内液面漂浮物积存过多,就会出现结壳现象,将沼气池液面覆盖,制约了池内沼气的释放,导致沼气池产生的气量减少,造成火力减弱,产气率不断下降,影响沼气池正常使用,严重的则无法使用。
实用新型内容  本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、不需要动力源、能破坏结壳、提高产气率的沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器,其特征在于:它由浮球、连接棒和旋转叶片组成;浮球固接连接棒,连接棒下端安装旋转叶片,浮球球面设有刺针。
本实用新型应用了流体气体力学原理。本实用新型放置在沼气池内,旋转叶片由于重力作用进入液面以下,在沼气池内液体浮力的作用下体大质轻的浮球漂浮于液面,利用池内沼气压力的不断变化,驱动浮球在液面做上、下运动,同时,池内沼气与沼气池进气口进入沼气罐的气体产生紊流,驱动浮球和旋转叶片做缓慢的正、反向转动,浮球球面设有的刺针对液面不断搅动,使沼气池液面不易结壳,使池内的沼气充分释放出来,并且旋转叶片正、反向转动的同时,促使沼气池料液的充分发酵,提高产气率。
本实用新型结构简单、不需要动力源、也不需要人工搅拌料液、使用方便、适用于任何形式的沼气池或罐应用。

具体实施方式  如图所示:一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器,其特征在于:它由浮球1、连接棒2和旋转叶片3组成;浮球1固接连接棒2,连接棒2下端安装旋转叶片3,浮球1球面设有刺针4。
浮球1与刺针4由橡胶或者塑料制作;连接棒2与旋转叶片3由不锈钢制作。
本实用新型放置在沼气罐5内,旋转叶片3由于重力作用进入池内,浮球1漂浮于液面6。罐内沼气与沼气罐进气口7进入沼气罐的气体产生紊流,驱动浮球和旋转叶片做缓慢的正、反向转动,浮球1球面设有的刺针4对液面6不断搅动,使沼气罐液面6不易结壳。

1、一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器,其特征在于:它由浮球(1)、连接棒(2)和旋转叶片(3)组成;所述浮球(1)固接所述连接棒(2),所述连接棒(2)下端安装所述旋转叶片(3),所述浮球(1)球面设有刺针(4)。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种沼气池内自动沉浮式破壳器,其特征在于:所述浮球(1)与所述刺针(4)由橡胶或者塑料制作;所述连接棒(2)与所述旋转叶片(3)由不锈钢制作。
