技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种压力电饭煲，特别是一种在卸压过程中能够有效防止煲体内液体和食物颗粒喷溅的安全压力电饭煲。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的压力电饭煲结构如图1所示，一般包括上盖1、煲体2，上盖1上设有卸压装置3和卸压通道4，卸压通道4的进气口安装有防堵网罩9，煮食状态下，卸压装置3动作使卸压通道4闭合，电饭煲煲体内形成密封空间进行压力煮食；煮食结束后，卸压装置3动作使卸压通道4导通，电饭煲内的高压气体通过卸压通道4排到煲外，当煲内恢复到正常气压时，才能打开上盖1再进行取食。虽然上述结构中的防堵网罩9能防止大的食物颗粒堵塞卸压通道，但如果卸压时煲内有较多液体，液体和较小的食物颗粒就会随气流一起通过防堵网罩、卸压通道4喷出煲外，容易产生烫伤、卸压通道堵塞等异常事故。特别是使用上述结构的压力电饭煲煮粥时，必须在粥煮好后等待一段时间，待煲内温度降低才能进行卸压和取食，花费时间长，不能很好的体现压力煮食速度快的特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述不足，提供一种在高温高压状态下卸压时，有效防止煲内的液体和食物颗粒喷出煲体外或者堵塞卸压通道，使用安全，煮粥更快速的安全压力电饭煲。本实用新型构思巧妙，结构简单，且使用安全。
本实用新型的设计方案是：一种安全压力电饭煲，包括上盖和煲体，上盖上设有卸压装置和卸压通道，其中所述卸压通道的进气口套接有防喷阀。
所述防喷阀设有进汽通道和回流通道，进汽通道置于回流通道内。
所述卸压通道的进气口与进汽通道之间设有挡片。
所述防喷阀的回流通道底部设有回流阀。
所述回流通道底部设有阻止回流阀向上移动的档板。
本实用新型由于采于在卸压通道的进气口套接有防喷阀的结构，因此，在高温高压状态下卸压时，既能有效防止煲体内的高温液体从卸压通道喷出，避免烫伤事故发生，又能防止煲体内的食物颗粒堵塞卸压通道，同时方便在煮食过程中随时进行卸压，缩短煮食时间。本实用新型构思巧妙，结构简单，且使用安全。

具体实施方式
实施例：
如图2示，本实施例的压力电饭煲包括上盖1和煲体2，上盖1上设有卸压装置3和卸压通道4，卸压通道4由排气管6和进汽管7连接组成，将煲体内气压和煲体外正常大气压连通，卸压装置3活动安装在排气管6的出气口，正常状态下，卸压装置3与排气管6的出气口紧密配合，封闭卸压通道4，当手动推卸压装置3时，卸压装置3偏离排气管6的出气口，卸压通道4导通，电饭煲进行卸压，进汽管7的进气口套接有向上敞口的防喷阀5，进气管7的外侧设有卡扣71，防喷阀5的内侧设有卡槽55，防喷阀5通过卡槽55及卡扣71的配合紧密套接在进气管7上。
如图3所示，防喷阀5内设有进汽通道51和回流通道52，进汽通道51置于回流通道52内，进汽通道51与煲内气压连通，回流通道52底部设有回流阀53和阻止回流阀53向上移动的档板54。进气管7下端设有挡片8，挡片8置于防喷阀的进汽通道51和卸压通道4之间。
本实用新型卸压时，煲内的食物颗粒和液体随快速的压力气流通过防喷阀的进汽通道51，在挡片8的阻碍下回流到回流通道52内，食物颗粒和液体落在防喷阀的回流阀53上，而不会顺着卸压通道4喷出煲外，也不会将卸压通道4堵塞。当回流阀53上积压的液体和食物颗粒的重力大于煲内气体对回流阀53的压力时，回流阀53打开，液体和食物颗粒落回到煲内。

1、一种安全压力电饭煲，包括上盖(1)和煲体(2)，上盖(1)上设有卸压装置(3)和卸压通道(4)，其特征在于所述卸压通道(4)的进气口套接有防喷阀(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的安全压力电饭煲，其特征在于所述防喷阀(5)设有进汽通道(51)和回流通道(52)，进汽通道(51)置于回流通道(52)内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的安全压力电饭煲，其特征在于所述卸压通道(4)的进气口与进汽通道(51)之间设有挡片(8)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的安全压力电饭煲，其特征在于所述防喷阀的回流通道(52)底部设有回流阀(53)。
5、根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的压力电饭煲，其特征在于所述回流通道(52)底部设有阻止回流阀向上移动的档板(54)。
