技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池盖,尤其是指一种抽屉式结构的蓄电池盖。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池在注入电解液后需要密封,一般在电池的中盖上设计若干注液孔,通过在注液孔上套上橡胶安全阀以实现对电池内部的密封,再在安全阀上加上盖板以控制安全阀有正常的开闭阀压力,该盖板大多采用粘封或超声波焊封或热封对其位置进行固定,该结构方式的缺点是盖板卸下困难,不方便电池的使用维护。
部分蓄电池在电池中盖两侧设置嵌槽,在片状盖板侧边设置凸边,盖板与中盖间象抽屉样推入,以便电池维护时盖板可以拆卸,这种结构方便了盖板的拆卸,但是盖板易变形,极易影响到其下方的安全阀正常工作,以往的蓄电池盖是在中盖上另外增设加液帽,来保证安全阀的正常工作,但该结构方式生产加工工艺复杂,增加了产品制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、盖板与中盖的结合间隙小、密封性好、盖板安装拆卸方便,电池维护方便的蓄电池盖。
一种抽屉式结构的蓄电池盖,包括中盖和其上端的片状盖板,中盖上设有含纳所有注液孔的凹槽,所述的凹槽两侧壁上均开设有嵌槽,盖板两侧边沿对应设有凸边。
所述的凹槽内设有定位槽,盖板上对应设有凸块。
所述的凹槽边沿开设有排气口。
本实用新型结构简单、密封效果好、盖板拆卸方便,插入盖板时,将盖板的凸边插入对应中盖凹槽两侧的嵌槽内,象抽屉一样推入,盖板上凸块被压入对应中盖凹槽的定位槽内,这样盖板与中盖紧密相贴,盖板不易松动变形。拆卸也很方便,只需用工具对准排气口撬起凸块,卸下盖板即可。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种抽屉式结构的蓄电池盖,包括中盖1和其上端的片状盖板2,如图2、3所示,中盖1上设有含纳所有注液孔11的凹槽12,凹槽12两侧壁上均开设有嵌槽13,盖板2两侧边沿对应设有凸边21。凹槽12内设有定位槽14,盖板2上对应设有凸块22。凹槽12边沿开设有排气口15。
安装盖板2时,将盖板2的凸边21插入对应中盖1凹槽12两侧的嵌槽13内,象抽屉一样推入,盖板2上的凸块22被压入对应中盖1凹槽12的定位槽14内,这样盖板2与中盖1紧密相贴,盖板2不易松动变形。
拆卸盖板2时,只需用工具对准排气口15撬起凸块22,卸下盖板2即可,操作十分方便。

1.一种抽屉式结构的蓄电池盖,包括中盖(1)和其上端的片状盖板(2),中盖(1)上设有含纳所有注液孔(11)的凹槽(12),其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)两侧壁上均开设有嵌槽(13),盖板(2)两侧边沿对应设有凸边(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)内设有定位槽(14),盖板(2)上对应设有凸块(22)。
3.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)边沿开设有排气口(15)。
