本实用新型涉及一种阀门，特别是一种将过滤装置与阀门结合为一体的多功能智能过滤阀。
背景技术
目前，传统的液流体管线，清除污、杂物的方法是：在管线上每相隔一段距离或在水泵的进出口处安置普通的过滤器，这种过滤器都是独立安装在管线上，要想实现排污，还要另外安装一些其它配套阀门，这样，不仅浪费了宝贵的空间资源，也给安装和操作带来诸多不便。另外，过滤网是否堵塞，从外表上根本无法看到，如不能及时除污，又会给安全生产带来一定的隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服上述现有过滤器不能单独使用和在安全上的不足，提供一种多功能智能过滤阀，它不仅具有启闭和过滤的双重作用，而且操用也非常方便。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，包括阀体、阀杆、闸板，其特征在于：阀体的一侧设有滤体，滤体上设有滤网和导向板；滤体的外侧还设有法兰，滤体由法兰和螺栓夹紧在阀体上。
滤体的下侧设有排污螺栓。
滤体上设有一凹形槽，滤网和导向板置放于凹形槽中。
滤体上还设有智能压力表。
所述滤网为磁性滤网。
滤体的两侧分别设有密封圈槽，其密封圈槽中设有密封圈。
本实用新型的优点是，具有阀门和过滤器的双重功能，并将二者有机的结合为一体，可以对管线中的污物及时进行排除，消除了滤网堵塞的隐患，而且结构简单，操作方便、安全，拆装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步的详细描述：
本实用新型实施例的阀体1内设有阀杆13、主闸板3、付闸板6和阀座2，主、付闸板之间设有弹簧4和平键5，阀杆13的上端设有手轮15。阀体1的一侧设有滤体7，滤体7上设有一凹槽，凹槽内依次置放有压板9、滤网10和导向板11，滤网10可对阀体1内通过的介质进行过滤。滤体7的外侧还设有一法兰18，滤体7由法兰18通过螺栓16将其夹紧在阀体1上，使阀体1与滤体7形成一个有机的整体。所述滤网10可为磁性滤网。
为了能及时对滤体7中的污质进行排放，滤体7的下侧还设有一个排污孔，其排污孔为螺纹孔，孔中设有排污螺栓8。
滤体7的上端还设有智能压力表12，滤体7的滤网10被污物堵塞的程度能通过智能压力表上的读数变化来显示，以达到及时排污的作用。
为了提高滤体7的密封性能，滤体7的两侧分别设有密封圈槽，其密封圈槽中设有“O”型密封圈17。
本实用新型将阀门和过滤器有机的结合为一体，既能作为阀门起到对管线的开启和关闭作用，同时还能作为过滤器对管线的介质进行过滤，并可及时排污。其结构简单合理，成本底，拆装方便。

1、一种多功能智能过滤阀，包括阀体、阀杆、闸板，其特征在于：阀体的一侧设有滤体，滤体上设有滤网和导向板；滤体的外侧还设有法兰，滤体由法兰和螺栓夹紧在阀体上。
2、如权得要求1所述的一种多功能智能过滤阀，其特征在于：滤体的下侧设有排污螺栓。
3、如权得要求1或2所述的一种多功能智能过滤阀，其特征在于：滤体上设有一凹形槽，滤网和导向板置放于凹形槽中。
4、如权得要求1或2所述的一种多功能智能过滤阀，其特征在于：滤体上还设有智能压力表。
5、如权得要求1或2所述的一种多功能智能过滤阀，其特征在于：所述滤网为磁性滤网。
6、如权得要求1或2所述的一种多功能智能过滤阀，其特征在于：滤体的两侧分别设有密封圈槽，其密封圈槽中设有密封圈。
