Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种U型搅拌槽,特别适合于生态厕所使用的U型搅拌槽。它由槽体1、搅拌轴2、搅拌桨3组成,可均匀地混合搅拌槽内全体微生物体培养基料和粪便污物,使其混合搅拌效果明显比搅拌桨是T形搅拌爪的搅拌槽更好,并且防止微生物体培养基料和粪便污物滞留在搅拌槽的内壁附近。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种U型搅拌槽,特别适合于生态厕所使用的U型搅拌槽。
背景技术
一般生态厕所的工作原理是:在搅拌槽中放入微生物体培养基料,在一定温度下,经搅拌与粪便污物充分混合,使粪便污物与氧气充分接触、发酵、分解,分解物一部分变成水,且大部分变成无色味的二氧化碳气体散发。由于粪便污物在搅拌槽中滞留时间较短,搅拌工作显的很重要,从某种意义上讲,搅拌性能的好、坏对生态厕所处理粪便污物的能力起有决定性作用。
目前市场上出现的生态厕所使用的搅拌槽见附图1,其搅拌浆的浆叶通常采用的结构是T形搅拌爪,用这种搅拌浆搅拌微生物体培养基料和粪便污物时,如果在低速下搅拌,存在搅拌死角,不能使槽内物体完全混合,提高微生物体培养基料和粪便污物温度的均匀性,当进行高速强力搅拌时,存在着损伤、破坏微生物体培养基料、使其生物活性降低的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为消除上述问题而进行的,目的是不产生微生物体培养基料和粪便污物的混合不良,在短时间内均匀地搅拌搅拌槽内的全部微生物体培养基料和粪便污物,且不损伤、破坏微生物体培养基料、也不使其生物活性降低。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样得以实现的:生态厕所用U型搅拌槽,其特征在于:槽体的内腔形状是由上部为矩形体,下部为半圆柱体组成的U型体,在槽体内腔的半圆柱体中心轴线的位置上安装一根搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设有三组以上搅拌浆,搅拌浆旋转所形成旋转体的直径为搅拌槽半圆柱内径的80-95%,搅拌浆由多根长度相同的搅杆一端连接搅拌轴,另一端连接一块搅拌板组成,搅杆为不绣圆钢,搅拌板为不锈钢板,搅拌板长度L略小于槽体的内腔长度S。
本实用新型的优点在于:可均匀地混合搅拌槽内微生物体培养基料和粪便污物,使其混合搅拌效果明显比搅拌浆是T形搅拌爪的搅拌槽更好,并且防止微生物体培养基料和粪便污物滞留在搅拌槽的内壁附近。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3、图4所示的生态厕所用U型搅拌槽,由槽体1、搅拌轴2、搅拌浆3组成,槽体1的内腔形状是由上部为矩形体,下部为半圆柱体组成的U型腔,在槽体1内腔的半圆柱体中心轴线的位置上安装搅拌轴2,搅拌轴2上设有三组以上搅拌浆3,搅拌浆3旋转所形成旋转体的直径为搅拌槽半圆柱内径的80-95%,搅拌浆3由多根长度相同的搅杆31一端连接搅拌轴2,另一端连接搅拌板32组成,搅杆31为不锈圆钢,搅拌板32为不锈钢板,搅拌板长度L略小于槽体的内腔长度S。

1、一种生态厕所用U型搅拌槽,由槽体(1)、搅拌轴(2)、搅拌浆(3)组成,其特征在于:槽体(1)的内腔形状是由上部为矩形体,下部为半圆柱体组成的U型体,槽体(1)内腔的半圆柱体中心轴线的位置上安装搅拌轴(2),搅拌轴(2)上设有三组以上搅拌浆(3),搅拌浆(3)旋转所形成旋转体的直径为搅拌槽半圆柱内径的80-95%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生态厕所用U型搅拌槽,其特征在于:搅拌浆(3)由多根长度相同的搅杆(31)一端连接搅拌轴(2),另一端连接搅拌板(32)组成,搅杆(31)为不锈圆钢,搅拌板(32)为不锈钢板,其长度L略小于槽体的内腔长度S。
