本实用新型提供一种双路进水无负压给水设备,属二次加压给水设备领域,是由稳流补偿器、真空抑制器、水泵、控制柜等组成,稳流补偿器设双进口,分别接室外两路进水管,且每路进水管上接管道过滤器和倒流防止器,两路水流并联进入稳流补偿器后,再由水泵供水,当其中一路进水发生故障时,另一路进水仍然能保证设备的正常供水,保证了系统的供水安全。本实用新型的双路进水无负压给水设备,具有系统供水安全可靠、运行成本低、设备投资较省等优点,主要适用于对供水安全性要求较高,又能设置两路进水的二次加压给水场合。

1、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种二次加压给水设备,具体地说是一种双路进水无负压给水设备。
2、背景技术
无负压给水设备直接与市政管网串接,对室外市政管网的供水安全性要求比较高,当出现市政管网断水时,设备就无法正常供水。目前,无负压给水设备均为一路市政管网进水,在保证供水安全性的提前下,通常的作法是设置备用水源,如备用水箱(池)、自备水井等,这样将会造成系统复杂、投资大、运行成本高。
3、实用新型内容
本实用新型发明的目的是提供一种供水安全可靠、运行成本低、设备投资省的双路进水无负压给水设备。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:双路进水无负压给水设备,是由稳流补偿器、真空抑制器、水泵、控制柜等组成,稳流补偿器设双进口,分别接室外两路进水管,且每路进水管上接管道过滤器和倒流防止器,两路水流并联进入稳流补偿器后,再由水泵供水,当其中一路进水发生故障时,另一路进水仍然能保证设备的正常供水,保证了系统的供水安全。稳流补偿器作用,一是配合真空抑制器和控制柜联合作用,实现无负压给水;二是汇集两路进水。

如附图1所示,本实用新型的双路进水无负压给水设备,是由稳流补偿器(1)、真空抑制器(2)、水泵(3)、控制柜(4)等组成,稳流补偿器(1)设双进口(11)(12),分别接室外两路进水管,且每路进水管上接管道过滤器(5)和倒流防止器(6),两路水流并联经进口(11)(12)进入稳流补偿器(1)后,再由水泵(3)供水,当其中一路进水发生故障时,另一路进水仍然能保证设备的正常供水,保证了系统的供水安全。
本实用新型的双路进水无负压给水设备具有如下优点:
1、采用两路市政给水管网同时进水,当其中一路进水发生故障时,另一路进水仍然能保证系统的正常供水,设备供水安全,可靠性高。
2、采用无负压二次加压供水技术,设备具有一次性投资省,可利用自来水压力、运行节能,且供水水质卫生,设备占用空间小等优点。
3、与设有备用水井或水池(箱)相比,具有系统控制简单,且设备投资低、占地少,安装、管理维护简单等优点。
