内屏蔽组合换位导线
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种组合换位导线,特别是一种具有过电压保护功能的内屏蔽组合换位导线,主要用作换流变压器阀线圈的绕组。
背景技术:电力输送过程中,往往由于网络电压有时不够稳定、操作合闸及大气层(雷雨)等产生的过电压极易损坏换流变压器阀线圈的绕组,不但降低了换流变压器的使用寿命,与此同时也影响了供电网络的正常运行。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种具有过电压及短路保护作用的新型内屏蔽组合换位导线。为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:内屏蔽组合换位导线,包括单根换位导线(6)和(7)。在两根换位导线(6)和(7)的中间,立式排列以窄面相接触的多根屏蔽线(3),屏蔽线(3)外缠绕绝缘,上述单根换位导线(6)和(7)外设有统包绝缘层(1)。

实施例
参照图1,内屏蔽组合换位导线,包括单根换位导线6和7。在两根换位导线6和7的中间,立式排列以窄面相接触的多根屏蔽线3,屏蔽线3外缠绕绝缘,上述单根换位导线6和7外设有统包绝缘层1。
所述换位导线6和7由多根漆包金属扁线5构成,金属扁线5列间设有中间衬纸4,其外包覆绝缘层2。
本实用新型所采用的屏蔽结构,使得线圈的前端对电网中过电压起到一个电容的作用,由线圈的前端向后端其过电压逐步降低到正常电压,保护了线圈而使换流变压器正常工作。

1、一种内屏蔽组合换位导线,包括单根换位导线(6)和(7),其特征是:在两根换位导线(6)和(7)的中间,立式排列以窄面相接触的多根屏蔽线(3),屏蔽线(3)外缠绕绝缘,上述单根换位导线(6)和(7)外设有统包绝缘层(1)。
