Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头,主要包括钻头基体、刀翼、前排PDC切削齿、后排PDC切削齿和喷嘴,在同一个刀翼上布置了前排PDC切削齿和后排PDC切削齿。在钻大斜度井眼时,本实用新型能够避免位于钻头肩部和规径部位的PDC切削齿发生先期损坏,因此延长了钻头寿命,增加了钻头进尺。

适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头
                       技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种石油天然气钻井钻头,具体地说,是一种PDC钻头。
                       背景技术
在大斜度井眼中钻进时,由于井斜角大的原因,钻头肩部和规径部位的切削齿磨损速度要比其它部位切削齿的磨损速度快。在采用常规PDC钻头钻大斜度井眼时,由于钻头肩部和规径部位的PDC切削齿的布置密度相对较小,所以这两个部位的PDC切削齿会先期损坏,失去切削作用,从而缩短了钻头寿命,减少了钻头进尺。
                        发明内容
为了克服上述常规PDC钻头在钻大斜度井眼时位于钻头肩部和规径部位的PDC切削齿发生先期损坏的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种PDC钻头,能够延长钻头寿命,增加钻头进尺。本实用新型的目的就是为钻井现场提供一种适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头主要包括钻头基体、刀翼、前排PDC切削齿、后排PDC切削齿和喷嘴,在同一个刀翼上布置了前排PDC切削齿和后排PDC切削齿,后排PDC切削齿布置在钻头肩部和钻头规径部位,后排PDC切削齿的出露高度小于前排PDC切削齿的出露高度。
本实用新型适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头,由于在同一个刀翼上的钻头肩部和钻头规径部位增加了后排PDC切削齿,因而增大了钻头肩部和钻头规径部位的PDC切削齿的布置密度,所以能够避免在钻大斜度井眼时位于钻头肩部和规径部位的PDC切削齿发生先期损坏,能够延长钻头寿命,能够增加钻头进尺;又由于后排PDC切削齿的出露高度小于前排PDC切削齿的出露高度,所以后排PDC切削齿在本实用新型的初期钻进阶段不参与切削地层,因而本实用新型在钻大斜度井眼时的机械钻速与常规PDC钻头相当。也就是说,与常规PDC钻头相比较,在钻大斜度井眼时本实用新型在不降低机械钻速的情况下,延长了使用寿命,增加了进尺。
本实用新型将通过具体实施方式结合附图加以说明。

                     具体实施方式
参照图1和图2的适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头,主要包括钻头基体1、刀翼2、前排PDC切削齿3、后排PDC切削齿4和喷嘴5,在每一个刀翼2上布置了前排PDC切削齿3和后排PDC切削齿4,后排PDC切削齿4布置在钻头肩部和钻头规径部位,且后排PDC切削齿4的出露高度小于前排PDC切削齿3的出露高度。
在使用本实用新型的这种PDC钻头钻大斜度井眼时,起初阶段后排PDC切削齿4不参与切削地层,因为后排PDC切削齿4的出露高度小于前排PDC切削齿3的出露高度,因而本实用新型的这种PDC钻头的机械钻速象常规PDC钻头一样快;在后期阶段,位于钻头肩部和规径部位的前排PDC切削齿3发生先期损坏时,后排PDC切削齿4即可参与切削地层,从而保证了钻头对地层的切削能力,因此延长了钻头寿命,增加了钻头进尺。
后排PDC切削齿4与前排PDC切削齿3的出露高度差值可以根据具体的地层情况控制在1.0-2.5mm之间。
后排PDC切削齿4与前排PDC切削齿3的规格尺寸可以相同,也可以不相同。

Claims (2)

1.一种适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头,主要包括钻头基体(1)、刀翼(2)、前排PDC切削齿(3)、后排PDC切削齿(4)和喷嘴(5),其特征是在同一个刀翼(2)上布置了前排PDC切削齿(3)和后排PDC切削齿(4),后排PDC切削齿(4)布置在钻头肩部和钻头规径部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适应于大斜度井眼钻进的PDC钻头,其特征是后排PDC切削齿(4)的出露高度小于前排PDC切削齿(3)的出露高度。
